    Derrick started great but progressively got worse throughout the job. Derrick, the owner stopped following through on every promise he made “I’ll inspect it myself” - never did “I’ll get on the roof myself” - never did. I’ll have guys there Monday (never showed). They didn’t communicate with each other and didn’t follow through on their word. I paid for the job they were hired to do last year. They got lazy and finished the job incorrectly after having to come back several other times to fix mistakes they made. I still have a broken window frame that they broke and never fixed after saying they would fix it 5 different times. I have mismatching siding, crooked siding, and have cleaned up so much trash, clothes, and equipment from this crew with them knowing I have small children and dogs, leaving an unsafe environment. Derricks brother told me Derrick would be here to remove the rest of the debris with his truck which wasn’t followed through on and is still sitting on the side of my house. Derrick is a terrible communicator and does not follow through on his promises or inspect the jobs his young inexperienced crew does leaving ME to figure out what’s been done wrong and contacting them to fix it (like my chimney that caused more water damage after having been “fixed”. (FYI they never caulked/sealed the flashing!!!!!) I’d love to get some money back for the extra water damage from improper sealing, for carpet stains, debris’s and fecal matter that they left after telling me they would wear booties and clean it up (never did) in my child’s room on a BRAND NEW carpet and for being the cleanup crew on site. (Clothes, carpet, nails, screws, trash, water bottles, cigarette butts, cut pieces of siding, cut pieces of wood. All of which I cleaned up and piled on the side of the garage (still sitting there) I want my job that I paid for finished. At this point if he refunds me 600.00 for doing HIS job myself and finishes the job properly I can leave the situation quietly.

    I hired DMB to redo my siding, kitchen cabinets and install a bathroom tub in place of a shower stall. DMB came to my house shortly after contacting the company and sold me on a lot of promises. Unfortunately, they weren't the ones sent to do the work. I got very inexperienced contractors (one was only on the job 4 days). The trim on my outside windows isn't sealed. It is popping out. They sided over the wiring for my outside light. The kitchen cabinets are not lined up. The bathroom is the worst. DMB ordered the wrong tub and it was installed anyway. So the plumbing is on the outside wall. I am worried about pipes freezing this winter. The tiles are crooked. The floor tiles are all uneven and the grout is crumbling. They worked 2 full weeks out of 2 1/2 months. The rest of the time is was a day or two a week. With very little to no communication. DMB decided to charge me labor by the hour rather than by the job as he quoted me in a signed estimate. This drove up the price by over $10,000. I terminated the contract after the last time he tried to send me a bill for more than what was quoted and not inline with the 3 payments outlined in the contract. The contractors were sloppy. They poured the tile water on my deck and left white stains on my deck. I cleaned up their trash every day. I also cleaned up the job site daily for the safety of my family. The owner showed up 2-3 times. The last time he was there, even he noticed how poorly everything was being done. On July 12, 2023, (2 1/2 months into the job), I sent DMB an email with my concerns and photos of one guy taking supplies I paid for, as well as, all the trash (food, chewed gum, cigarettes) that I cleaned up regularly. He never offered an apology or even an acknowledgement of my concerns. It even took him 2 weeks to send someone over for their tools. Please look elsewhere for your contracting needs.
