              I purchased a boiler from this company in Nov of 2020. It stopped working in oct of 2022. The contract states 2 years labor and 5 years parts . The service tech came to fix boiler . After spending an hour figuring out problem he got it to work. Then stated it still needed parts and removed a wire and shut it off. He took wire with him and gave me an estimate of over 500. I was to pay even though I was under warranty. My boiler does not work I have my 6 year old daughter and disabled son living here and we gave no heat. I want my boiler fixed no charge as contract states.

              Beware of VP's Plumbing, **************************** Conditioning. As a ******************* Homeowner, we retained VP's Plumbing (or ****** Plumbing) to replace a sewer line. They were a nightmare; I was required to pay in full $11K and we had no idea of when they would show up to do the work. They came with a large excavator that sat in front of my home for 9 days and never used. They hand dug in multiple areas of our lawn to "find" the break - often leaving day labors on site that spoke NO English. Obviously, we and they had no ability to communicate. We never met the manager ****, he never visited our home and communicated only by email and for days while on his vacation in ****. Our experience with ****** or VP's Plumbing was horrendous. We have filed complaints with ******************************* and have worked with our credit card company to dispute all charges. Please hire at your own risk - BEWARE of VP's Plumbing, **************************** Conditioning, or their other company ****** Plumbing.
