I ordered a razor from Icutpro Sunday June 12. I never received a confirmation email nor tracking information. I called the following Tuesday June 14th and was told I would receive the tracking info that day but I never did. I called again Saturday June 18th and was told it was shipped out so I should receive it Tusday or Wednesday. Still never received my package. I called again Thursday and was told it hadn't been shipped until Monday the 20th and he was driving but he promised he would send me the tracking information in 30 minutes. I asked about a refund and he told me I could get a refund if I didn't want the item after I received it. Still never received an email with tracking info nor my package. I emailed the company Sunday June 26th and never received a response. I paid $300 for an item I never received. I keep getting lied to that the package has been sent different dates with no information to verify. I feel this place just stole my money. It's not as if the item is on backorder because it was in stock the day I ordered and was never told it was on backorder. I keep being told it was sent.Customer response
