I worked directly with my ******** Williams. He has been very unprofessional and poor with affectively communicating. I started business with J.Williams in August 2021, Since then we have barely spoken. I got in business because I needed assistance with my credit. Biggest mistake. He charged me $300 to be added to a account with excellent credit, to boost my credit. it never happened. He also charged $600 to send documentation to creditors those documents were never sent on time. I kindly asked J.Williams for a refund as we have been in business for 9 months and not progress have been made with communication. Again, I have been in business for 9 months and my credit has not improved at all due to the lack of communication and the lack of the company providing documentation in a timely matter. I explained to him the fraudulent behavior I was exposed to and its disappointing that he exposed me to the same behavior. I gave J. Williams sufficient time to respond since last active response from ******************* on 02/16/2022. I am asking for The $900 invested and also for the company to be investigated for fraudlent behavior.Initial Complaint

October 20, 2021 I sent the owner ******** Williams $550 via cashapp for an LLC to be started. We had spoken previously via Instagram about the cost and what is provided. Per the state it takes 30 days to complete. Every month I have asked about an update on it and he doesnt respond. My texts, calls, emails are ignored. I sent a message from a new number and then he responded until I asked why its still not done and requesting my money back for the 4th time as services were not rendered and everything just goes with no response. I sent two requests for my money back on cashapp and he never responded. I sent him also one through Apple Pay today after I sent another text message and no response as well. This is terrible business its almost 3 months later and I had to do the service on my own, paid more, and still dont have my original money I paid him back! Services were not performed and I want and deserve my money back!
