I am looking for compensation for the damage due to the neglect and sloppiness of AE DEKAJ CONSTRUCTION **** I interviewed 5 paint companies and chose/ AE DEKAJ CONSTRUCTION to do the job, Prior to making a choice I spoke to painters ****** coordinator several times and believed she would be professional and made certain the job would be done well and I would be pleased. The company and she failed me. The paint ended up on various spots of my carpets that were in excellent condition. Paint on my ottoman, I paid for floor and furniture protection and only a bit was used. Later after the job was complete I found most of the plastic covering in a box. Somehow my lamp was damaged in the coordinator's hands, the bowl become detached and it's now a struggle for the lamp to turn on. Soon after the job was completed I placed furniture in initial locations I noticed the paint damage...etc. Called AE DEKAJ CONSTRUCTION's coordinator and made an appointment for her to come and see the damage and to make a paint adjustment and she failed to keep the appointment. I called/text no response. Later I emailed asking them to hear me if they fail to respond, I expressed that I will be taking further action, I filed a complaint with Hiscox their insurance, and today I learned they allowed their insurance to lapse. AE DEKAJ CONSTRUCTION ultimately displayed deceit and showed my great levels of disrespect with damage to my property. Good evening:
We have finished the this job 3 months ago and we dont know what did u do in your house for this past 3 month.
We have scheduled the appointment with you but you told us that you arent there on the day of the appointment then you said you are back after the appointment time:
As we see on your proof there is a balance that you didnt paid us. Which means that if you kept the last payment you can pay already any thing you are saying that we did damage.
your only problem was that you wanted us to go back to do plaster and we where trying to come back but you could be able to meet with us on the appointment day.
And of course we want to come but you couldnt meet with us. I have proof with text messages that we want to come back but you wasnt on the meeting time.
well you accuse me that I throw you lamb And broken it which i never did that. Well I told you you are accusing me but i never broken it and i told you i will pay it i will give you couple hundreds and you said it cost around $200 you arent sure.
i have pictures and proofs that we covered everything and proofs that we took pictures after work when we held you to put all your furnitures back at the place that was before and there was no paint damages.For the lamp I told you i will gave you the $200 and for the plaster i never told you we will not come back it was you that couldnt be home when we wanted to come back when was scheduled. And there we never damage nothing with paint.

Feel free to call us because we are still willing to come and do the plaster in the ceiling and i will pay your lamp that you are accusing me in false that i broken it.
