      I went to mendez printing on April 3,2023 to get tshirt print for my mom memorial service which took place on April 15,2023. ********* is the man that was helping me . i told him i would like to order 31 tshirt that came up to $378 plus he charge me $25 for set up fee to set picture up on tshirt,plus tax that bought the balance to $438. i made a down payment of $238, that i want to refund back. I told ********************** that I want the picture on the tshirt to be a certain size. i was looking in the shop on some of his tshirt that aready there to see if i could show him exactly how i would like it .but there was none that has a picture on it for me to show. he came with an object and measure and said this is the size it going to be i said ok , but when i was leaving i feel uneasy about him not seeing a picture on a tshirt to see how i realy want it . so I said to him i am going to look in a store at some tshirt and take a picture of a tshirt with how i want the picture and send it to you he said that ok. i also told him just do one tshirt first and let me see how it look first before he did the rest . I asked how much time he needs to have them ready before April 15 . He said 4 -5 business days.On March 31 I was on my way to work had to stop some where before I get to work ,got a call from ********************* after 1pm said he need me to approve on the tshirt ,i said to him i am driving and i am on my way to work and i am running late . i said when i get to work and get settle i will call you . i told him i am going to reach work after 3pm. Ididnt get to call him back because i was extremlily busy that day didnt remember to call. when i got home at round 11:30pm , at 1am i remember that i didnt call him .so i went to sent him a email to tell him that i didnt get a chance to look at any tshirt yet to sent to him ,then i saw he send me a message saying he want me approve the tshirt by 2pm . i was thinking that i spoke to him after 1pm on march 31 and on march 31 at 2pm you send a message telling me you need me to approve the tshirts. i ****** some tshirt shirt on line and send it to him how i would like my tshirt done , he egnore it and appoved the one he aready did and send to me without my approval. i called him in the morning when the store open asked him did you see the picture of ****** i send to you he said yes , so i said why didnt you do it like that , he said he dont have the machine to make the picture like that.i said i didnt approve the tshirt for you to print so you are wrong to do that, which he agree with what I said that he print the tshirt not how i want it without my appoval. i called the next day telling him i am canceling the order since he dont have the machine to do it and found a shop that can do it . i said i would like a refund he said sure that will be no problem. he said send it in writing which i did . but got a reply back that they will be taking $60 out of my money for restocking fee. i spoke with ************************* April 28 whom said she is the manager also email saying the $60 is not just restocking fee it also for the 2 hours ********* spend with me . i didnt spend 2 hour with him and i did not sign any paper are was told i have to pay for time sittng with him or for restocking fee if i cancel my order. and they cannot appoved something without customer appoval.
