I purchased wheels on 11/04/15 2 of the 4 were bent I finally got this problem fully resolved on 12/13/15 part of this resolution was a "lifetime warranty on the product and free accessories for as long as I own the wheels". I need new hub centering rings that are sold on **** for $6.95 they refuse to honor the warranty and wanted me to purchase them for $49.95 and $24.95 shipping. I also need new center caps which were not mentioned before the call ended. Both of these items should be free per the warranty.Customer response

I purchased a set of rims that they guaranteed would fit my vehicle. They even have it listed on **** for my specific car. Once I received them and did a test fit, the rear wheels stuck out way too far. Also 3 of the 4 wheels had really bad scratches on them like they were used. I requested to do a return and they said no problem and that they would schedule a pickup by ****** Attempt 1 by ***** to pickup failed because they only had 1 label and they said they needed 4. Attempt 2 same thing they only had 1 label. Finally attempt 3 they had 2 labels. I contacted the company and they said to go ahead and ship the 2 wheels out and just take the other 2 wheels to ***** location. I went to ***** and they said that they couldnt print labels either so I ended up paying for the shipping for 2 wheels which was another $230. At this point i spent $1600 so I just wanted to get my money back. A couple days go by and I decided to check tracking on the ***** pickup that the company arranged and I noticed 1 of the wheels went to the wrong address. It seems as if GWG wheels had them sent to the wrong address on purpose. I contacted GWG wheels and ******** said that all 4 wheels were on the way to their warehouse. Ok so I trusted that she knew what she was talking about. A few more days later I checked tracking on the 2 wheels that I shipped and paid for. They arrived to GWG wheels address and the owner Cirus said they were damaged. That was a lie. I packaged them the same exact way they came in. He told me that he will not refund me because he only received 3 of the 4 wheels and that 2 of them were damaged. First of all the wheel that didnt make it is the wheel that they arranged to have picked up so How is that my fault. Second of all , I read on ****** that he has done this multiple times where he says that the returned wheels were damaged so he wouldnt have to issue a refund. This place is a scam and no Im out $1600 plus $230 shipping.Initial Complaint

Came to this establishment to purchase new wheels for my car. Spoke with the owner multiple times to confirm my car and size needed, he assured me that he has been doing this for 30 years and he knows these rims are perfect for my car. I purchase the rims cash as requested by the owner. I went to have them installed, they did not fit. I came back the next day to return them and the owner refused to do anything. No exchange, no refund, not even common courtesy. The owner told me to go **** ******** and get the **** *** of my store. While his staff was extremely helpful and willing to assume responsibility on his behalf, the owner *** was beyond disrespectful. So Im left with rims I cannot use, no options, and the level/feeling of being discriminated against without even the slight Kurts level of common decency. I would strongly urge other to never do business here and will be Pershing legal action immediately.
