      I bought a 2018 ***** ****** from Best Buy Auto Sales on the 18th of August. I test drove it and notice there was noise coming from it and that the check engine light was on. I let the salesman know about it and he said it would be taken care of. Well it took about a week to get the car originally because they had to replace the turbo charger in it. So I pick the car up a week later and thought everything was fine. About 3 weeks later the check engine light came on, so I called and made an appointment with them to have it looked at. They called me back and told me it was the turbo charger needed to be replaced. So after that turbo charger was replaced we get into October and the vehicle starts dinging loudly because the engine was over heating. So once again I made an appointment with them and took it in. They replaced the water housing. I get the vehicle back and I am on my way home. I was only 30 mins into my drive home and the same alarm went off again about over heating but also an alarm for engine oil low. So I had the vehicle towed back to Best Buy Auto because they stated taking it anywhere else and having an estimate done would void the warranty. They looked at it the next day. They said the water pump went so they replaced it. Just to be on the safe side I decide to have the vehicle looked over by another garage to make sure nothing else was wrong with it. I took it to ***** **** ****** and I got a phone call later that afternoon that the car was in worse shape because Best Buy Auto did not fix the vehicle correctly. It continued to overheat because of the thermostat (Best Buy put one in when i purchased the car) So now I am looking to get my down payment returned, the last 3 payments I have made on the vehicle. I am also asking for my warranty payment, interest, origination fees, and sales tax returned to me. I do not want another vehicle from them at all.

      I have been disappointed with the persisting issues that have plagued the car since the first week of purchase. The vehicle has been experiencing Noises, alignment problems, the engine heats up and the engine light comes on week after week consistently even after being checked in your shop, which indicates that you do not inspect or repair the cars before selling them, leading to a compromised driving experience and a significant inconvenience to my daily routine. I have made two appointments with your service department in an attempt to address and resolve the recurring problem. Unfortunately, each visit has yielded unsatisfactory results. Not only has the issue remained unresolved, but the vehicle was retained in your workshop for an excessive period during the most recent service attempt, exceeding 16 days with no calls or messages. The only attempt to reach out from your office was after we sent a notice letter complaining about this situation. The situation with the car workshop has been quite frustrating and concerning. It seems that they responded to us with dishonesty, providing incorrect information about the date we dropped off the car. They claim it was on July 3rd, but we had our appointment on July 1st. Moreover, they assert that the car was ready since July 5th and allege to have tried contacting us via phone calls, to which we did not respond. However, we have no record of any missed calls or voicemails from them. This inconsistency in their statements adds to the sense of distrust and leaves us questioning their overall professionalism and credibility According to the NY Lemon laws consumer guarantee, if a vehicle spends 15 days or more in the workshop, the consumer has the right to seek redress in the form of a refund. Throughout this process, your service department has seemingly resorted to a temporary fix, merely resetting the engine sensor without addressing the root cause of the recurring issue.
