I purchased a vehicle from this location in August 2021. From day 1 there have been issues. It had a ticking noise in the engine and Jerry said it was an easy fix and we can bring in back in a couple weeks for him to fix. After a couple weeks he said not til September the car is safe to drive. By the time he looked at it, it was too late to do any return on it. And since then every month car has been in for repairs. He had us purchase an extended warranty when we bought the car and he swore up and down the car was safe to drive and any issues under then hood he would take care of. Since November we has an ongoing issue with a fan or motor and we brought it in 3 or 4 times that he always had an excuse that we needed to bring it back and that part didn't end up getting fixed until January which then then the brake fluid was leaking. Not to mention a tire pressure light that has been on and off since the start of winter that he says is just a dirty sensor everything is fine. And since February the flashing check engine light that he says is just a misfire it's safe to drive. He couldn't provide a loaner so at one point we had to pick up the car from him because he said it was safe to do limited driving and I had to get our children to doctors appointments and then we returned it. He passed off the issue onto another body shop M&B auto and said he ordered a part for that shop to program. When that didn't work he just had this other shop keep working to see what the issue is. Now that shop is trying to way over charge me and won't return my car because I don't want them to do the work and refuse to pay when I wasn't the on who asked them to work on my car. Jerry will not help get my car back he does not care but he created this problem. This car has messed up my life and I am stranded and unable to provide for my family because of this car issue. This has caused me to go broke trying to find ways to get around to work and get the kids everywhere. This car is a lemon.Business response

Response taken by phone: They bought the car in August and put 14,000 miles on it. I made the repairs to the car while it was still covered under our warranty. Our warranty had since expired. They purchased an extended warranty but it doesn't cover the current issue.
