I sent an application to register my puppy. They had a question about it and left me a message on my voicemail to call back. I have called back several dozen times and left messages but have not received a return call. I emailed them and they replied with more questions. I replied back and didnt get a response. All I want are the papers I applied for.Initial Complaint

Univeral kennel club is a dog registration business, i purchased a dog from another breeder and sent that dogs ukci registration papers into ukci to transfer them into my name. I sent them along with a check for $20. the fee it is to transfer ownership. This business cashed my check and never sent me the registration papers for this dog. The date i sent for them was back in October of 2021 and im still waiting. Ive called them and they never answer. You have to leave a message and when they do finally call you back it late in the evening between 8 and 9 pm. Asking how they can help so i tell them everything and get a reply of well its after hours and all our computers are shut down ill call you back tomorrow morning and they never do?? this happens many times over the months few times telling me to send copies of the check they cashed showing front and back so i did that twice since they dont keep anything in order. Then the last time they finally call me back and again after hours they want a copy of MY bank statement showing it processed threw my bank so i send them that as well. And because my bank has it listed as a share draft and not showing UKCI they said i didnt prove they cashed it. i have copies of my check showing there stamp on the back. Final time i spoke with them i was tired of all the excuses, we had a good argument back and fourth ending with her hanging up on me. She had the nerve to say i was having a fit about $20, Its not about $20 she dont get that its about registration papers i never got for a dog that i breed and cant place puppies without being registered. i mailed in my puppy's registration papers and check for the required fee. my puppy was born in Oct 2020 and i filed the form in Feb 2021. i have not received ANY correspondence since then yet the company has cashed my check. i have called at different times of the day on many occasions as well as email without ANY response. i would have never mailed paperwork and a check if i'd known this would happen. i was planning on breeding my dog but now i can not show his bloodline for potential would be customers. it's a shame.
