I purchased a product less than a month ago. When I finally got around to trying it on my vehicle I realized it did not fit and also was incompatible with the vehicle. I have sent multiple messages through the website to start a return and have not received a response. I am now coming up on 30 days which is the deadline to return a product. There is no contact info on website, only a form to send a message. This company is shady at best, and predatory at worst. Customers should be able to return the product as per the return policy. I am now stuck with almost a $130 item that I have no use for. I will continue to leave negative reviews and make sure everyone knows NOT to purchase from this company until they respond to my requests. I will also be contacting my credit card company to request a refund of payment.Customer response

I purchased an order through Bumper Bully's website on June 13, 2023. I sent an email directly to Bumper Bully within the 15 days as requested. However, NOBODY has responded, and it is now June 22, 2023. There is no customer service number or email address listed, which is completely unacceptable. My package is ready to be shipped back to Bumper Bully for a full refund. The total is over $100. I am requesting that Bumper Bully respond to my request for a full refund, and provide me with their return shipping address so I can receive my full refund.Customer response

I purchased the Bumper Bully Bumper Guard on February 18th 2023. I received it but Never Used it. As I got ready to put it on my car I saw a warning saying "Do not drive with it ". It was for Parking only. Do not park on Crowded City Street and realized I do not need it. There was a refund policy of 30 days and I was well within my 30 days.I filed a refund request ************* on Their Website and No One Ever Reached Out To Me. Not even to acknowledge my request. The item is in the original box and ready for me to send back But They Never Contacted Me At All. I am requesting a Full Refund because my request was initiated within the 30 day policy. This company has provided zero customer service and is impossible to get in contact with. They have no email address to write to, their phone number is a dead-end line, and the only way to send a message is through an online form in which i have received no response from. I first tried to contact Bumper Bully in mid-October to initiate an exchange for a Bumper Bully i purchased from them, which doesn't fit my car. Since then, i have written at least 7 inquiries through their website form and have received nothing from them. It's been nearly 2 months, and Im now stuck with this product i cant use.Customer response

I purchased the Bumper Bully Platinum rear car protection and ******** protection. After only a few uses rear protector is failing. Most of the padding that is supposed to protect the car is peeling/falling off of the rubber. This seems like either a manufacturing error or the overall adhesive that is used to secure the protection pads to the rubber is weak and therefore has not been properly tested prior to selling this product to consumers. Either way it is failing.Customer response
