            I ordered a product from Conflict games website. I had no idea that this product was a kickstarter campaign, as I didnt back it from there. I waited a few months after purchasing and finally got fed up and sent multiple emails. In August of 2023 I finally got a response from the company stating that it was a kickstarter campaign. I was willing to be patient even though I didnt back on kickstarter. Conflict games should not have had it for sale on the website if it wasnt an option to purchase yet. I have waited ten months since the last email from the company. I have recently sent a few emails asking for updates and I have not gotten any responses. I would love to have the product, but at this point I just want my money back because I cant get a return email at all. I think **** wants me to communicate through kickstarter but I can only read the updates. Since I am not a backer, I cant post on there at all. I feel that I have been more than patient in waiting over a year, considering I wasnt baking this as a kickstarter. Please help me resolve this because I cant get the company to help me. Thanks so much.

            Horrible business! Do not trust this company, it is operated by as far as I can tell one person. I used their website to reach out because it had been two weeks since my wife had ordered from Conflict Games. **** reached out after about 1.5 days and informed that the Brass die was out of stock, and he could substitute a black die. I emailed about two days later saying move forward with the substitution. This was on Dec 27th 2023. No response, I email again on Jan 10, **** and no response. I also tried the contact us from their website with no response. The item price is about $150!!! He is ghosting me and my opinion is that he is an untrustworthy person and thief!!!
