      My GLE coupe was damaged while parked in February of 2024 and I put in an insurance claims to have it repaired by ******** Nanuet. The appraisal was completed and a check of $2086.91 was issued to the business on March 5, 2024. When I reached out to make an appointment I was told I needed to wait. When I reached out again to have my vehicle repaired they acted like they do not know what I am talking about. I reached out several times to the business and also to ******** corporate for assistance, but I am getting the run around. I traded the vehicle and no longer need the repair. Ive request that the repair check, as well as a refund for the remainder or my maintenance package, and my tire and rim package. I still have not received it. The vin for the 2023 GLE coupe is *****************

      Purchased a 2023 EQE SUV on 10/31/2023. In January 2024 I noticed the vehicle wasn't getting the miles advertised and texted *** (salesperson) to complain he stated don't run the heat, precondition the car which was very dissatisfying as I wasn't informed by the dealership that the battery would run 30/40% lower in the cold which means I can't get the 253 miles(or nowhere close to that) on a full charge that they clearly display on the sticker. Living in a cold climate I would never invest in this vehicle and there is no other reason not to display this on the sticker other than to defraud consumers into purchasing the vehicle. I have the sticker from the vehicle to prove they made no mention of this issue. I tried to rectify this issue with the dealership and MBUSA to no avail.

      I have spoke to ********************* from MBNANUET who was suppose to call me 5/3/24 and I havent heard from him since.  Hona from MBUSA Atlanta ** stated she cant do anything

      I took my car to Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet before buying it for a prepurchase inspection, I spoke to the manager before taking the car in and told him to specifcly pay attention to the suspention, engine and transmission and also inform me of any missed or due servises on the car, I got the inspection report as everthing was okay with the car and it only needed the brakes so i endded up buying the car, After driving the car i noticed certin issues ******* sound when turning, tranmission siipping, and the car"s airmatic system being super stiff at certin times and air compressor turning on a lot more than it should, Also apoun calling the service advisro at my local delar i also found out that the car is due for transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant flush and front and rear diffrental fluid chage which is a huge cost and mercedes benz of nanuet never informed me of that, Altough i understand some of this stuff could have been easily missed i tried calling the service manger sevral times to work it out but i never got to him i left sevral messages and after ****** failed attempts i leftt the message with one of service team and i was told i will be called back which i never recived, The reson for this complaint is the complete lack of attention and customer service by this delar, seeing how they are handling this situtaion i am doubting that ever even did the inspection and now this is costing me a lot of money

I placed a note on my order stating "PASSENGER SIDE) fog light cover, the DRIVER side was sent to me 8/26 Contacted Buybenzparts via email ************************** 9/1 Called due to email was not answered 9/17 Sent back the wrong item to Buybenzparts 10/8 Send email for status 10/10 Received email #1 stating ************ was sorry and was told to order the correct part and will be refunder (never received the refund)10/10 Received email #2 stating sorry for miscommunications and will send the correct parts ASAP 10/23 Sent email for status (unanswered)10/31 Sent email for status (unanswered)11/18 Sent email for status (unanswered)11/23 Called ************, placed on hold for 20 minutes then Buybenzparts hanged up 11/23 Called ************ again and Buybenzparts hanged up

      I bought a *** 300 2018 May 28, 2021 with 41k miles from ******** **** Nanuet in NY. I traded my VW Tiguan 2017 then I put all the money down as a deposit so my monthly payment could be as lower as possible. I did not lease the *** but rather I finance it. So, this year, I have decided to sell the vehicle because I thought I was going to work overseas. So, in May 14, 2022 (this year) I sold the vehicle to someone. They have contacted their bank and sent me a check and we paid the vehicle in full while hoping we would receive the title at least in 2-3 weeks. The new owner has been reaching out to me month after a month to ask if everything has been okay because I havent received the title even after almost 5 months. So, I reached out to the bank which is MBFS and the bank told me that the dealership has the title and I should contact the them instead. So, I called the dealer, but they couldnt really explain what exactly had happened. I finally spoke to one of the sales managers at the MB Nanuet and he said that someone at the dealer made a mistake, because my title was shown as a lease and not finance, therefore they would have to correct it first. ******** **** has 2 entities that provide financial services : MBFS for financing cars and ******* Trust for leasing cars. They put my account under ******* Trust instead of MBFS however MBFS did receive all my Payments, except their name wasnt on the Document. This is unacceptable, something sounds sketchy and I think that they are hiding it. The new owner is very unhappy because he bought the car for his wife and he had to send the title to his bank as a collateral but he cant do that because no one knows what happened to the title and why does it take that long?I called MBFS for help in this matter and they advised to file a complaint at this point. I want to have the title right now because it has been too long and if they cant provide the title they need to take the car back and give me a full refund.
