      I called Rockland CDJR , first appointment for oil change, of my Ram which i purchased from them. They told me i can come without appointment . I went there and at the entrance they had cone on floor and narrowed down the entrance. A worker asked me to bring the car in. Due to narrow entrance it was hard to enter in service area. They stopped me and asked me to backoff the truck. Meanwhile someone came from inside and started yelling at me. He started using F. word . Upon asking he said i am the owner and get out of my place. He blamed me that i had hit his machine. I tried to explain him that the entrance is narrow because of the cones your employe had. During this someone from outside started yelling at me too. I asked the so called owner to check the cctv and he refused to check and kept on verbally abusing me. Then he came to my vehicle and took pick of my vin number . I stopped him and he pushed me back and threatened me that he will fight with me and take me to rt304 and hit me. He pushed me hard again and kept yelling at me. I called the police at that moment . Police came and checked the whole situation and they told me neither my car is damaged as he claimed that i hit him nor his machine. I feel like going there is putting your life in risk. This guy who call himself owner is a wild animal . He didnt listen to me at all. The police checked everything and told me to come next day for service. This guy threat me multiple times and said he will take off his shirt and fight with me. I was also told by police to find another place to get service as this is how the owner has been .I am going to report him on other social platforms too so other peoples awareness and their safety.

      I had a very bad experience with service. I was treated very unprofessional and disrespectful due to the fact that I had lights and sirens installed in my vehicle as being a EMS volunteer. They also called me and told me to take down the review or I shouldn't come in for service.

      I typically refrain from writing reviews, but my recent experience with Rockland CDJR compels me to warn others. I embarked on purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle, expecting professionalism and reliability, especially from a dealership with a seemingly reputable standing. Unfortunately, my expectations were met with utter disappointment.Most disappointing was the lack of transparency during the buying process about discrepancies of the vehicle from what was initially advertised. Key details about the vehicle's history and certification process, which are crucial for any buyer, were overlooked and inadequately explained.When I raised these issues, the response was dismissive, unapologetic and rude, leaving me with unaddressed problems and unforeseen costs. This entire ordeal was not just about the quality of the vehicle but the quality of service and respect to the customer, which was severely lacking.What was supposed to be an exciting purchase turned into a series of frustrations and disappointments. It's disheartening to see such a lack of dedication to customer satisfaction. I write this review not out of spite, but as a caution to future customers. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously, and that significant improvements are made in how customers are treated and how business is conducted.Since my original post, I have had a conversation with the Rockland CDJR customer team in order to hopefully resolve this matter. They were entirely unhelpful and dismissive. Furthermore, I specifically think that you should be very cautious when dealing with the manager of the pre-owned department, ******, who is not someone to be trusted.I think Rockland CDJR needs to reevaluate how they treat their customers and look to make personnel changes in order to improve their business dealings. I will be sharing this feedback with the Better Business Bureau as well in an effort to protect other car buyers from the practices of this dealership.

      ZERO STARS! AVOID THIS PLACE! The only thing they excel at is lying! Bought my Jeep here, out of state, because it was the only one that had exactly what I wanted. Sales person lied about everything including the percentage on the loan I took and stated every time I brought my car in I would get a loaner. ALL **! Have made 3 attempts to service my LEMON CAR at this dealership. First time , no loaner, sales person never said that, etc more lies. Attempted to make another date and still no loaner. By now ( after owning this less than 3 months) this new 2023 Jeep wagoneer, that cost a fortune, has engine light on , no working back up camera, transmission slips, jumps, slips and engine sounds loud and awful!Talked to an incredibly rude robot woman who did everything she/it could to **** me off, NO LOANER. Finally returned today to use the appointment I made months ago that they never took off the online system. Reserved a hotel because I dont live here Brought car in , WAS INCREDIBLY CLEAR THAT I NEEDED IT BACK TODAY. First they want me to agree on text to a $300.00 diagnostic fee. I refused! After that I waited and waited. I started calling, 15 calls total over the entire afternoon before I got my service ******** this time 7 hours had passed and they hadnt even diagnosed it. Gave me a whole bunch of bs like Im some idiot woman who doesnt know cars. Its not bad enough that you cant do your job but you have to insult my intelligence with more lies!?! Couldnt even complete an oil change in 7 hours! I gave up and went to get the car. The ** service **** ****** the liar completely ignored me and continued to work on his computer. The he writes something down on a yellow sticky, and walks out. 5 minutes later he returns with my keys. He obviously ripped the service tag off my key chain because he broke it. WE WONT FIX YOUR CAR BUT WE WILL BE RUDE AS H*** TO YOU! Hoping I can find some corporate Jeep number to file a complaint with.

      Purchased CPO. Noticed the sunroof didnt open, inquired within 1 day of purchase didnt received a response. Waited a week to make an appointment at another CDJR and got a $1400.00 bill in addition to $400.00 for sunroof I initially inquired about. They "couldn't help". Within weeks $1800.00 +.

      Theres a reason they are not accredited. Purchased a wrangler and the transmission blew just before two months of ownership. Had it towed at my expense to a shop where they found many issues hidden. Contacted rockland and was told wed get a call back asap. No call was returned. Called service and was told its busy we will call back. Didnt get one. Only after leaving a review was I contacted and told too late on any warranty work. They waited until our warranty expired to give us any help. I have all records of when I called before it expired to which they denied.

      *** always tried to stay clear of this place mainly because of all the reviews and horror stories Ive heard from friends. Unfortunately I fell victim to the service department. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. My vehicle was dropped off there for a vehicle diagnosis. My turn signals werent working as a result of a car accident.My car gets dropped off and I am being told by service advisor ********************* that my car is being worked on and they cant figure out the problem.4 weeks go by. No one answers the phone and I have to actually go there numerous times. Surprising **** isnt there anymore for whatever reason. My new advisor pretty much tells me the car hasnt been touched since it was dropped off.Supposedly we were told that they wouldnt be able to diagnose the car for a couple weeks. Two advisors, same service department and two totally different explanations given regarding whats going on with my car. New advisor says it was scheduled for 4/26/23. On 5/3/23 the car still hasnt been looked at. Of coarse no one picks up the phone there or returns your messages.I took my car back and went to the Jeep Dealer in ******. It literally took them ONE DAY to figure out what the issue was and have it repaired. The service department is horrible at Rockland Jeep. They yes you to death and say I understand when your upset about the lousy service. Im legit convinced they dont care about the service their customers receive. If anyone from *********************** is reading this, dont bother to leave your pre-written reply to this review. You dont value my feedback, youre not sorry I went through this and no I dont want to talk with someone to correct the situation. Its too late. You couldnt even be honest and say your advisor messed up and Im sorry he gave you misinformation. Terrible!

      Had to have them program my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to be tow ready. $330 to plug my truck into their computer and make it tow ready, thats all they did and they charged over $300!!! Prices I found online said it should cost between $125-$200 (which is crazy) but Chrysler requires you to bring the vehicle to one of their dealerships to have this program installed. Shame on Chrysler and shame on Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc. for taking such advantage of their customers.

      Ive have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that I purchased Certified Used in 2017. Barely drove the vehicle between 2019 and 2021 as I walked to work and the Pandemic ensued. The only issue I had prior to taking it to Rcokland Jeep was a battery issue because I hadnt started the vehicle in a few months, during the pandemic. I started commuting again to work in September 2021 for a 60mi round trip drive. I took my vehicle to Rockland Jeep on November 30, 2021 for a routine ****** mile service.cheeck and spent me entire Birthday there as there was only 1 or 2 mechanics that could perform routine maintenance. I paid my nearly $2k **** for all repairs recommended by the service rep including a recall issue repair, and went along my merry way at 6:30pm at night. A few days later, my check engine light came on, which I presumed was an electrical issue, since I just had the vehicle serviced. Then a fews days after that the oil light came on. Then on January 16th the vehicle stalled all together while I was driving home from work at approx 8pm at night. I had my vehicle towed to the dealer demanding the car be looked over promptly, but they essentially glanced at it and said, the first available appoint is on March 9th and there was nothing they could do until then. My vehicle was in service for three months and I finaly received it on Saturday, May 7th with a $5k ****. During this entire period I was in a rental vehicle that cost me another $5k. Jeep Rockand was not caring at all to my needs and not expeditious for attempting to resolve the vehicle issues that I believe they caused. The service rep and I played phone tag for months as I have a busy schedule and would be speaking to people in ***** or Asia when I called the service line back or just get my representatives voicemail. The lack of concern about the my expenditures were non existant. Do not use Rockland Jeep, horrific turn around time and no level of care to clients needs. I will never purchase JEEP ever.

      I brought my vehicle in for a repair. The repair was done. The original issue came up again, and I am assuming that the real problem was not fixed, and what was fixed was something that was masking the real trouble. I understand. I have no problem yet. I brought my vehicle back in, and a different "solution" to the trouble was potentially identified. Okay. They then inform me that the parts are not available. I am given a date of approximately 2 weeks later that the part will be in. In the duration, I have to rent a car because they have no loaners, and refuse to let me have the vehicle back . I called the dealership back around the time that the part should have been in, and they said it was and that the vehicle would be worked on ASAP. I called two days later, and as usual I got the telephone runaround that they do. "He's not in right now, but I will give him your information and he will call you." He never called This repair is costing thousands, and this experience is reinforcing the fact that not only will I never step foot back in this dealership, but I will never buy a Jeep again. Nor will I ever let anyone I know buy one if I can help it.The parent company ********** will get my opinion on that also.I understand that these repairs are not always easy or fast, but the biggest problem was communication and lack thereof.I wish I could leave negative stars for a rating
