I placed an order back on 7/23/22 for a limited edition X-Men Door poster. Placed a single order that consisted of 2 sets which came out to $180. I eagerly waited and when I finally received the shipment information for 8/27 delivery I looked forward to my order. Well, I come to find a set missing, yet I had been charged for 2 sets. I made 3 attempts to contact the company, both via email and through their website. 4 weeks went by and no response. Not even a courtesy email to let me know they were looking into the issue. Full payment was made, waited patiently for my preorder and full services/goods were not rendered. Their website offers no direct phone to contact, other than using ******** messaging or putting in a request directly through their website. Since having no communication Ive had to resort to filing a dispute charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I will never do business with a company who operates as such. Its a shame because they do produce really nice pieces but their customer service level is questionable. Hopefully this doesnt happen to future customers as this was a terrible experience.
