We had been having issues with our well and called the company for assistance. Mind you we had the same issue the prior year and they told us it was our well pump and replaced it for $2500. Within months the same issues started. This time the same tech came out and told us our well was dry he used a hose to measure our flow rate and told us we needed a new well drilled said it would be 15,000 and they could drill ASAP. He charged us $648 for this encounter. Based on what we were experiencing we contacted another company who came and cleaned our well of sediment and our problems were solved. We almost wasted 15,000 based on this companies lack of motivation to look into our issues and we feel scammed.Business response

Response taken by phone: We did work for them 3 years in a row. The well was lacking water. There was no more service we could provide . We don't know what services the other company did but she was billed for the service calls we performed.Customer response
