      First visit to fix my dishwasher was nov 7th paid ****** Parts were ordered and installed on nov 9th.paid additional ****** Dishwasher is still not working. called for another appointment Person came on the 17th and told us his boss would not pay him the overtime. Service tech told me his boss would call me in 15 minutes to offer a refund. never recieved call. when i reached out to the company i was hung up on

      I filed a complaint with you in early February, 2023 against Raynor Appliance Service in *********, **. You responded by stating that I would hear from you within ten business days. It is far beyond that time and I still have not heard from the Better Business Bureau in regard to a solution to my complaint. I await your response. Thank you, **

      On Monday April 4th Raynor Appliance sent a technician to fix my Whirlpool Dryer. The dryer was fully operating it was just making a screaching noise. After the technician left charging me $361.72 I went to put a load of wet towels in the ************ weren't drying. The dryer was now not getting hot. I called them right away & sent the tech back on wednesday. He could not fix the problem & told me his service manager would call me with a price to fix it. I had no issue with the heat of the dryer until they came and must have done something to the electric system. Besides that I was told they would call me back with a price to fix they never have. I have since called 3 times without a *************** cashed my check already (bank could not stop)for the original service. I think it is absolutely unprofessional & inconsiderate.

      The Raynor Appliance technician called on February 14, 2022 and decided my GE refrigerator needed a new ice maker. On February 18, 2022 the technician installed the new ice maker. The cost was $637 which I approved before the installation. The ice maker did not work. On March 4, 2022 ***, the owner, came to determine the problem was air in the water line. He commented that I would have ice cubes on Saturday...I did...two! It has never made another ice cube and no one from Raynor has been here since. I have called almost daily speaking with ***** who frequently told me *** would call and set up an appointment to resolve the issue. ***** now sends my calls to an answering machine! I have always been professional in my calls, as she has, but I need the working ice maker that I paid for or a refund so that I can have the issue resolved by another company. This is my first attempt at resolution of this issue and hope BBB can assist.

      Im writing as Ive had a horrible experience with Raynor Appliances, and while Ive received a partial refund, Im requesting the initial service charge of $135.78 be fully refunded as well. I called in October to have my dishwasher repaired (stopped drying / heating element was not getting hot). The tech arrived on 10/17/21, took 2 minutes & came to the conclusion that the computer board was bad. No testing, just asked if a code was populating & when I said no, he said it had to be the board. It was replaced a few days later, but nothing changed, still not fixed. Same tech returned about 2 weeks later, looked at it for 10 minutes this time, said had to be the same part, & added it happens all the time with distributors. they give us bad parts returned to them and they will order from the manufacturer. I waited over a month, until I finally spoke with ***, who identified himself as an owner, to try to get some kind of realistic timeframe. He suggested he could go to the manufacturer kicking and screaming but it wont do any good. When I politely asked for some kind of ETA, he interrupted me & said you know what Im going to do, Im going to fully refund your money, you can buy a new dishwasher, I dont have time for this ****, and hung up. Ive never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer, & cant comprehend how that is anywhere close to being acceptable. I then had to wait over 3 weeks and multiple calls to finally receive a check for $341.08, which was the balance less the initial charge.Based on **** completely unprofessional actions, which according to ****** reviews I wish I read prior, he's treated customers in this manner many times prior, him stating "full refund" before hanging up on me, & that the tech was simply guessing at what the problem was & the board wasn't the problem, the $135.78 initial needs to be fully refunded. I've since emailed Raynor requesting this & received no response. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank You
