I ordered a set of bumper protectors for my car on 4/9/22 (order # ******) and my Citibank MasterCard was charged for the full amount of $212.20 on 4/16/22. I received an email from *******************, **************** on 4/19/22 explaining an out of stock delay until 4/25/22, but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BUMPERS as of today, 7/23/22.I have followed up by email with ******************* on numerous occasions, requesting a status update on my order, but so far have not received any reply, or the bumpers I paid for.I have uploaded a copy of my order confirmation and the only response to my many requests for status updates.Customer response

I have been trying to get in contact with somebody from Bumper Blocker to help me start the return process for part of my order (******) for almost two weeks without any success. I have explained more than once through online messages on their website, ***************** that I need to do a return for an item in my order. Theres been no response. The reason for urgency is for two reasons. On the website it says theyll charge a fee for returns after 15 days and I would also need a special number that only Bumper Blocker can provide for me to start the return. The date of my order was November 13 so its getting close to the deadline to avoid this. I can not find a phone number associated with this company. Major assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Customer response

I ordered front and rear bumper guards from *****************. After ordering I realized the product is for indoor use only. I immediately attempted to contact BumperBlocker through there contact us message service asking then to please cancel my order. They did not cancel, they sent the product. I received the product and have sent 6 messages requesting a RMA number as stated on there website for returns and refunds. I have yet to receive a reply. Please help me resolve this matter. PS ************ has no phone contact or customer service at all.
