Ellinwood Dental continuously canceled nessicary appointments with little to no notice and would book me out 4+months later. This has happened several times and has resulted in me needing more extensive dental work, higher payments for deductibles and extreme physical pain. I have even had to get extractions and am currently in need of 2 root canals dues to this. I believe this has been done deliberately to force more expensive medical procedures and to make money off patients all while they suffer in pain and irreversible tooth damage.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Healthcare/Dental care is very important to us at Ellinwood Dental and is something we are continuously improving on. We have one dentist here at Ellinwood Dental and try to accommodate the best we can. **** has not communicated any pain with our office. She said she was finding another dentist , left the practice and to hold us accountable for not giving her something she wants right now is not fair . She has been rude with employee’s demanding an appointment after she has said she was going to another office threatening to have our Dr. arrested in voicemail to him.Our employee’s should not have to put up with hostility and threats to scare them into making her an appointment. As far as wanting higher more expensive medical procedures for her and to take her money this simply is not the case. She said she has another dentist she uses that takes her other insurance that she will be going to and she has left our practice.**** changed treatment back in 2022 declining root canals per her choice and has held off on her own dental care and decided to opt for extractions, and left the practice. Our information is well documented Our office did send her information to another dental office per her request. Dr. G*** was out due an emergency. ****’s appointment was cancelled she came to the appointment anyway said she did not get the message. Dr. was not here said she was going to another dentist it was a fit for her here .We do not have a current opening for at least 3 months. Due to her stating she was leaving the practice going to another office no appointment was made. Thank you. ll us why here...
