Hello, I bought a ******* vacuum from a sales man named Angel Lopez for $3189 usd. The company name is Big Dreams Unlimited Inc. After 6 days of using it, I learned it was not for me. It's very hard to use, very loud, it has too many parts that I don't have room for, and it's extremely messy after each vacuum. These are things I would have never knew unless I lived with the vacuum for a week. After 6 days I reached out to Angel Lopez to return the vacuum. He said he did not have the authority to make the return and I had to speak to his boss, James J******. It took almost 2 weeks for me to finally get a hold of Jim J****** (I emailed and left multiple voicemails to him), who told me it was up to Angel to make the return. They sent me in circles for 2 weeks before Angel let me know they were refusing to allow the return, which had to be within 3 business days. This is a $3189 vacuum that I used for less than 1 week and they would not allow me to return it. I am wondering what the laws are on this, and if the BBB can please help me! Business relayed to BBB: On the documents they were given it states "3 Days To Cancel". This is Federal Law. The 6 days is outside that window. They also have to mail in a registered form. This is on all the paperwork they were given. They waited 6 months to contact you? Please have them provide you with these documents. Please have them call us at this number ###-###-####.
