My name is ***************************. I had gotten a family plan at the ***** *****************************************************************************) for $440 for three years. I provided them with my credit card information. On April 30, 2022 , my credit card was wrongly charged for an ADDITIONAL $11,79.00 under *** *UFC GYM. I contacted the bank that the card was charged under and they went on to contact the gym. After this, the bank notified me that the gym told them that the purchase was correct. Then I proceeded to go to the gym, and talked to the general manager there (***************************). After talking to him, I was told that the wrongful charge was made on my account for a different member. I provided the manager with my bank statement to show him the wrongful charge. He told me it would be taken care of and the money would be credited back. After contacting the bank to follow up, they told me that nothing had been done on the gyms end. I am being charged 25% interest on the card for a payment that isnt even suppose to be under my name. After i went to follow up with the general manager again, he told me that he had reached out the bank and it was not in his hands. He told us that we could take whatever action that was needed. Now I will have to take legal action and take the matter into my own hands because I was not credited my money. I wanted to reach out and notify corporate to see if anything could be done. Corporate also did nothing. I ended up having to pay my credit for that amount because i was charged with interest rate. I am stuck in this dilemma and if you could help me by anyway, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
