            Madison Mortgage reps are calling me multiple time per day attempting to engage with me in obtaining a mortgage. I am not in the market for a mortgage. The said they saw on may ********** report an inquiry and that gives them a permission to make these UNSOLICITED calls. Ive never heard of them and I am not interested in their services. I am working with BofA on a HELOC application and am not looking to engage with anyone else. I have requested on their recorded line to be put on the DO NOT CALL LIST, however the calls continue and they are also arguing with me that they are entitled to call me because I need advise. Absolutely ridiculous. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM AND WANT TO BE ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST.

            Trying to earn my business they called me and the sales person said, "Hey Champ! How's it going" I didn't recognize the voice, so I asked, "Who is this?" He told me he was from Madison Mortgage and wanted to talk about refinancing. I said, "You still haven't told me who YOU are" He replied, "I'm your Daddy!"Nothing for nothing, anyone who represents themselves like that doesn't deserve anyones business

            Sorry you had anything but a perfect interaction with Madison Mortgage. We have reviewed this call and agreed the interaction was less than ideal. We have terminated this individual for behavior we deem unprofessional and unacceptable. We apologize, we accept accountability, and we certainly hold ourselves to a much higher standard.
