To provide some context, I enrolled my children in Saf-T-Swim of ************* with the genuine intention of teaching them swimming skills and making a commitment to regular classes. Since the commencement of classes, I have encountered numerous issues that have significantly hindered my children's progress. There have been frequent cancellations of classes without sufficient prior notice or reasonable explanations. These cancellations were not only inconvenient but also disrupted my planned schedule. Additionally, the quality of instruction during some of the classes was subpar, and my children did not receive the level of guidance and support that I expected from a reputable swimming school like yours.Due to these issues, I have not been able to complete the agreed-upon number of classes within the expected timeframe due to cancellations on your party. As a result, I believe it is only fair that the outstanding classes are either rescheduled or compensated for in some manner. It is important to note that this request is not unreasonable, as it is based on the fact that I have not received the services that I initially paid for.I received a call form your swim school recently, demanding immediate payment for the next month, despite the unresolved issues and my sincere attempts to address them. This demand feels unjust and almost like a form of blackmail, since I'm unable to schedule make up classes for my children unless I pay for the next month.

I signed up my three year old son for individual swim lessons at Saf-T-Swim in *************. I paid $243 for four lessons plus a $35 annual fee in June for the month of July. I was told he would learn from a professional the basics of water safety and introductory skills to swimming. Instead we went to a facility that is under construction and filthy and my son was "taught" by an unqualified teacher, ***** who was distracted most of the time and was receiving guidance from another teacher on how to teach my son. **** barely spoke to my son and pulled him into the water and started pouring water over my crying son's head. She was clueless and certainly did not live up to what Saf-T-Swim markets. The facility locker rooms are dirty and seems poorly run while the employees seem disengaged, uninterested and irresponsible. I called the next day to receive a refund and I was told I could not get any money back because I paid in advance. When escalating this to the supervisor, he said I could get 25% back of my monthly payment. After speaking with the senior most manager at the location they insisted I could only receive 25% back and they were holding money for classes I will not be receiving. I would like a refund for the three classes I opted out from and the $35 annual fee considering how dirty and unsafe their instructors are. I will be reporting them to the local health department as well.

I registered my 2 year old daughter for swim classes at the SAF-T-SWIM garden city location on December 4th 2021 for a total of $408. I received a call today from a representative from the office that stated that my account was past due by $35 for a fee. At first he said is was a registration fee that is generated every January then, he says that it should've been taken at the registration done on 12/04/21 but the representative forgot to do so. He then states that I cannot pay it after today because her classes might be canceled by the corporate office as they are auditing accounts that are past due. I paid for my daughter's sessions in full on the date she was registered. I honestly am appalled at how this is being handled and being told that she might not be able to swim for a $3% dollar fee that I knew nothing about until today is ridiculous. I would like a refund for the classes that she did not take because i do not feel safe trusting this company to safely teach my kid how to swim if they do business in this manner.

I signed up for swimming lessons for my son 2 months ago. The night before his first ******* the teenager who called me stated the instructor was sick and we would get a make up session. The next week, another teenager called me and stated the instructor no longer works at the establishment and I would get yet another make up session. Last week, the same thing happened. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and the individual who was on the phone with me just passed the phone to another teenager. Both were unprofessional and uninterested in my situation. The young lady said a manager would call me back on Monday. After calling multiple times on Monday, and leaving a message asking someone to please call me back, no one ever called me back and it is now Thursday. This establishment is unprofessional and it is unacceptable to run a business like this.
