Dental office billed twice for same procedure and billed on 8/31/2022, for multiple procedures that would have taken about an hour and half to complete, when i was only in dental chair for about 3 minutes, i spent more time in waiting room, (arrived at 9 a.m.), went into dental area 9:20 a.m., was calling the endodontics at 9:56 a.m. from my home, which is about 5 minutes from office by car and 5 minutes for elevator.Appointment was made by office staff for root canal, all seemed to be disinterested, SINCE all 3 were preoccupied texting on personnel phones, that's why they gave me a "root canal" appointment when he doesn't do root canals, other dentist didn't want to get x-rays from Wortman, but wanted to do a full mouth new set, which was not going to happen.He then billed a new insurance company for the same procedures he already got paid for on 1/06/2022, 1/20/2022, 2/10/2022, 2/17/2022, 1/25/2022.The four procedures billed on 8/31/2022, D0150, D1110, D0210, D2393, could not have taken place in the time frame of less than 5 minutes i was in the dental chair, since there is not enough room in my mouth for x-rays, cleaning and bonding,( which his previous bonding fell out, I don't chew gum or eat taffy).ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!looks like insurance fraud to me
