Email listed on their site is out of service ** purchased an expensive item and stopped working within 6 months. No one to contact .

Horrible company and customer service. Customer support number doesn't work nor does their published email. Brookstone just as bad. They don't stand behind their products. I purchased a queen sized, Brookstone, heated mattress pad with a 5 year warranty in Dec. 2022, I purchased it because I always thought Brookstone was a reputable company. I purchased it from Bed Bath and Beyond, which I also thought was a reputable company. It worked for one winter season; one side stopped working. I tried calling London Lux and email. Number was inop and email was kicked back. HORRIBLE.

Lasted one year. London Luxury does not respond and Brookstone does not take responsibility owning up to defective product with their name on the Box. Another Business bailed on the consumer! No Stars!

I purchased a London Luxury electric blanket a few months ago. It stinks to high heaven! Smells like a combination of urine and plastic. Tried washing it. Still smelled. Called the company and the phone was disconnected. I pitched the blanket. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! SBR

Like many other reviewers here, I purchased a heated throw which I thought was 'Brookstone' brand which was a familiar/well known brand name. Stopped working in less then 2 years (purchased in February 2022). Turns out the throw was actually manufactured by this company London Luxury, under deceptive 'Brookstone' branding. Seems like London Luxury has gone out of business, no valid contact emails or phone numbers to follow up on the supposed 5-year warranty for a refund, replacement, or repair. Never buy 'Brookstone' branded items as it seems it is just a fake name now after their bankruptcy in 2018, for products manufactured by shady companies that *** come and go faster than the warranty expires on defective products. I am also contacting Brookstone but I doubt they will have any resolution for this as it was made by the shady 'London Luxury' company.

I award no stars. I have a heated throw blanket under a 5 year warranty, and their phone is disconnected that their email bounces back. In short, they don't even stand by their warranty. This product broke in 2 years time, and this is a product that is only used half the year, at most.I tried calling Brookstone, and they are worthless at helping, too.This company is a total joke.

From reading all the negative reviews, this is probably a waste of my time, just like trying to get a replacement for my defective heated mattress pad was. I purchased a queen sized, Brookstone, heated mattress pad with a 5 year warranty in Dec. 2020 as a Christmas gift for my husband. I purchased it because I always thought Brookstone was a reputable company. Unfortunately, I purchased it from Bed Bath and Beyond, which I also thought was a reputable company. It worked for one winter season, one side stopped then the other. I contacted London Luxury via email and they said they would replace it if I provided a receipt and pictures, which I did. I followed up since it had been a while and they told me it was back ordered and to call back in a few months. I emailed back, using the "reference number" they told me to use, ***** (original one was *****), but nothing. I think they tell everyone the replacements are back ordered to they don't have to deal with them. I wish they would have just told me from the beginning, they are going out of business, so I wouldn't have had to spend all this time trying to get a replacement that was under warranty.

This product is terrible and the customer services, or lack there of, is even worse. I have sent numerous emails and have gotten one response and nothing since. The site has a number for customer service that goes to a voicemail but you can't leave a message. When you try calling Brookstone, they refuse to assist in any way. I have been trying to get in contact with London Luxury for 6 months but have not gotten anything back. Extremely frustrated, especially since I got a blanket for a family member and I am just waiting for the blanket to stop working. It's about the time that it stops, somewhere in the 6 months expire date.

Four pillows that I purchased are simply garbage. A month calling and leaving a message for customer experience and I have not received back a single call back. This is not customer service this is wasting a customers time. I will not ever purchase another product by your company. I will file a complaint with the **************** for the ***************** pertaining to not standing by your warranty. I would leave no stars but you need to leave one.
