            We purchased a ***** that has minor paint chipping at the headlight, which was a known issue prior to the purchase. Despite having documents to prove this and making multiple attempts to contact the dealer for assistance with the repairs, we have received no response or effort to resolve the issue.

            I will post every negative review about New Rochelle ***** and the Managing Director *************************. I went to this dealer 4x for a recall that they called me in for, and it was always something every time. 1. they called me in stating parts were in and I should bring the car in made the appt with them to bring the car in the next The car set there all day and was advised they weren't aware I had an appt because the part was on backorder. I gave the name of the woman who advised me that the part was in and was told the part was not in and I don't know what to tell you. waited a week called was told to bring the car in because part came in when I got there ************************* was disrespectful and arrogant and informed me I had to pay for it as all the recall wasn't covered. I asked why I hadn't told this previously he responded it was a mistake things happened that's all I have to say. I asked him to make the situation right i have been here 4x dealing with this. He stated I'm not going to do the repairs I'll send you to another dealership I don't feel comfortable working on your car. New Rochelle ***** is the worst.
