Worst experience. Wish I could give zero stars. Took a deposit from me for a Grand Highlander Hybrid which they told me I would have in one month, but the car never arrived (apparently it was inexplicably delayed). Always had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, just to have someone tell me they would get back to me later that day on the status, and they never would. I finally gave up, but never got my deposit back. Gave them my info three different times, they said they would handle that day, and they never returned the money. I finally gave up (again) and disputed the charge on my credit card.

We apologized for his frustration . Unfortunately, when we tried to process the refund. Based on the information provided by you, we are unable to process your refund with our merchant account. and we did, in fact, reach out to you 3 times to verify the credit card information. We certainly understand your frustration, yet at the same token, we can only go by what the credit card merchant company told us.Review from Young K
