Worst company ever. Terrible tenant screening process. Claim they offer risk free service, totally misleading.

They double charged on our credit card, and refuse to refund the money, because they cannot prove they received it twice. I would not trust them to keep accurate records for you or your company if they cannot seem to do it for themselves.Before this, they were quite unhelpful with our issues, and we rarely spoke with a representative who knew what was going on. We would call and they would just repeat the problem back to us as if that wasn't the reason we were calling in the first place.This is an unorganized company, that has many employees who are unwilling and apparently unable to provide adequate service to their customers.C.T. *all from ***********_ who I believe is a scammer. ~ Online says this is LEVEL 3 *OMMUNI*ATIONS, LL*. Search Sunbiz and their Registered Agent is * T CORPORATION SYSTEM. ~ * T CORPORATION SYSTEM's Registered Agent is THE CORPORATION COMPANY. ~ Interestingly enough, the Registered Agent for THE CORPORATION COMPANY is none other than the * T CORPORATION SYSTEM To bring this full circle, a person who spoke with little to no English called me from ***********_ asking me to verify who I am. I could not understand who he was representing it was community hospital or community medical? There is no such place in our area and I have never been treated anywhere that was called *ommunity___(whatever). I researched the company and it is owned by another company which is owned by another company..... you get the idea. you cant find them. This is VERY disturbing and now I have to lock down my credit with 3 credit bureaus in the hopes that this hasn't gone too far yet.C.T. Corporation System Response

This company is trying to destroy my business! It's clear from all the negative reviews that what this company is trying to do to me is what they've done to others. Without my knowledge they have opened a fraudulent, erroneous and derogatory UCC filing against my business, causing the loss of critical small business funding.I need these fraudulent filings removed today.C.T. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact a live person at the ********** office waiting on hold for over an hour and finally hung up. I have an urgent matter regarding a lease with a car company that has employed the services of CT Corp and as someone registered with the state with disabilities I am deeply frustrated. This is a matter that requires immediate assistance and if not handled appropriately I stand to lose $10kC.T. Corporation System Response

My business started in 2020 and I somehow have a UCC filling against my business without any knowledge of it. I do not have any SBA or other contracts which would cause me to be in debt and yet, there are two filings against my business. This is very frustrating as I probably would not have learned of this if I wasn't in the process of expanding my business. This is absurd. To top it all off, there is no way to contact them expect by contacting ******* ******. I need this sorted ASAP. Zero Stars.C.T. Corporation System Response

My business is a new independent startup in *******, **, and is not yet operational. How can I have a UCC filing against my business and no way to contact the "Secured Party" about the reason(s) for the filing? As the business owner/operator, I am not aware of any debts owed to anyone when I've paid all charges as agreed with all creditors to date. This is a travesty! What kind of corporation is this?! This is the worst kind of practice to do this to a small business owner who hasn't even started yet. I don't know what this business does or who it represents.C.T. Corporation System Response

From what I can see, we worked on an Independent Director transaction with you in January 2021 and extended a 20% discount from our list prices. CT Corporation System is a nationally recognized provider of Independent Director (ID) services. We meet and exceed rating agencies and lender requirements. CT Corporation System also provides Registered Agent (RA) services. These are priced very differently due to the different service levels. It is possible that you are comparing CT's ID prices with another provider's RA prices.Although there are cheaper options available in the marketplace, we are lender approved, backed by outside counsel for bankruptcy vote matters, and we offer exceptional service.
