I made an appointment with a tax agent named ****** ***** for 4/9/22. She called and left a message stating I did not need to come in since I uploaded my tax information. On 4/11 I called to follow up which the receptionist stated she was working on it and will call me back. On 4/14 I called again to follow up and ****** stated she could not do my taxes bc of the **1 which she admitted she did not look at my taxes until then. When I requested help finding someone who could, she said she couldnt. Then I finally said to just file without the **1 and we can add that later on. She finally said she will have it all done by the end of the day.i stopped by at 6pm at the location provided. ******, another agent, a client and a receptionist were all present. I explained to the receptionist why I was there. ****** then started to say she never said that she told me they would be done today and that she will finish when she can bc now she put mine at the end of the pile (even though my appointment was 6 days before.) she became hostile, unprofessional and not empathetic to the fact she pushed my taxes and appointment to the side. The receptionist was nice enough to give me the managers name and email and apologized multiple times. I emailed the manager with no response.
