I had a flight from ******** to ****** April 20 2020, and due to coved 19 I couldn't fly. I contacted them right away and was told I will be refunded fully, but it will take a few weeks since there low on staff, which didn't happen, every time I called they said its in prosses. after a few months they said they got a new policy that you need to wait 2 years for a refund. I called 2 years later and they told me to email them and they will send the full refund, I emailed and they never responded, and now there phones don't work. The reservation code is ******, e ticket number is *************. it costed between *** ****. thank you!Customer response

Hello I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue pertaining to a refund request for a recent booking with Aeroflot airline.I had purchased a ticket . Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my travel plans. According to Aeroflot's refund policy, I am eligible for a refund for the canceled flight.I initially requested a refund through the airline's website and was informed that the refund would be processed electronically. However, I have not received the refund, and subsequent communication with your customer service representatives has led me to be informed that I must visit the Russian Federation in person to obtain the refund.Regrettably, I am unable to travel to ****** at this time due to personal constraints and travel restrictions. I understand the challenges posed by the current global situation and value the safety measures in place, which is why I opted for an electronic refund in accordance with the airline's policies.Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
