Royal Airc Maroc is the worst airline in the world. They lost my suitcase, a month later they still haven't given me any response. These people are the most irresponsible in the entire world. I traveled from ***** to ****** due to oral surgery to remove a cyst, I brought important medicines in my suitcase that I had acquired in the ************* for my illness. I let them know immediately at the ************************************************* because the connection was through **********- *******. I told them that my medicines were very important to me. I ended up in the hospital in the ** because I couldn't take my medications on time. They said they would contact me and they still haven't. I have been calling every day for a month and the answer is always the same: There is no new news, you have to wait They have no empathy, they do not care about their passengers, they do not matter about the well-being of their passengers, they are rude, and the worst customer service ever. If I would have read all the reviews they have on Instagram and on the website I would never have bought any fly with them. I hope this message helps people realize on time that this airline IS THE WORST on the entire planet.
