Royal Airc Maroc is the worst airline in the world. They lost my suitcase, a month later they still haven't given me any response. These people are the most irresponsible in the entire world. I traveled from ***** to ****** due to oral surgery to remove a cyst, I brought important medicines in my suitcase that I had acquired in the ************* for my illness. I let them know immediately at the ************************************************* because the connection was through **********- *******. I told them that my medicines were very important to me. I ended up in the hospital in the ** because I couldn't take my medications on time. They said they would contact me and they still haven't. I have been calling every day for a month and the answer is always the same: There is no new news, you have to wait They have no empathy, they do not care about their passengers, they do not matter about the well-being of their passengers, they are rude, and the worst customer service ever. If I would have read all the reviews they have on Instagram and on the website I would never have bought any fly with them. I hope this message helps people realize on time that this airline IS THE WORST on the entire planet.Review from Georg W

Awful airline with the most unacceptable customer service. They stole my luggage and returned it after three weeks with no response nor explanation. **************** don't reply to any of requests.After filing a complaint for at least compensation, they denied my request.I don't recommend this airline at all.Review from Sally M

Im going to give 0 start to this airline. I was 6 months pregnant when I was traveling to ******** I had the ok of my doctor for me to travel. I am ** citizens and living to *******. I went to the ************** everything was fine I talk to customer service and the manager I told them I was pregnant they ask me to sign some paper work thats what I did. Flew to moroco over there I had no issue. I went to the customer service and ask if they will need anything from me because Im pregnant. They told me I only need to sign some paper work. I got to my destination with no problem. Now time for me to travel back to ******* i got to the airport in front of the airline they ralise I was pregnant they ask me to sign some paper first then their supervisor came and ask me for a specific doctor note I told him I have my doctor note of my doctor he said I cannot travel because I need they doctor to examinate me and thats doctor need to certify my result. They ask me to go talk to one of the representatives to another location. I was shock and traumatized. I try to explain to them I left ******* and ******* with no issue nobody gave me no information and Im only 7 months pregnant my doctor in ******* can send me a new letter he refuse. Went to another location she gave me a paper telling me that I have to paye $1000 for me to Rebook my fly I ask why I have to pay for more money she said it was my fault. I was frustrated traumatized with that pressure and the stress I could have loss my child in the process. They have no customer service they refuse to accountability, they made me feel like I was nothing. Thats manager was white and I feel it was racist and and disrespectful. And thats representative was the worst person I ever talk in my life. Please do not take royal air Maroc. I had to pay a new flight ticket to come back with another airline. Hello everyone, my advice to you this morning if you are travelling to Africa, especially ************ ????. Please don't use Royal Air Maroc. These are the reasons: 1. They will loose your luggage (s) 2. They will give you false phone number to claim your luggage (s) 3. They will promise to call or email, but that's a lie 4. They will treat you with disrespect and the sits are falling apart in the plane and no cleaning is done after the plane drop off other passengers. This is my first time I traveled with them and it's going to be my last. I just want to give my fellow travelers advice because they are not professional, not reliable, and care less. They are thieves-be aware!!! I have been traveling worldwide, but this is the worst and disgusting airline ever!Review from Kris M

Worse airlines I have ever flew in my life. On the way to my destination, none of the flight attendants answered the call lights. My fiance walked to their area and they all were just sitting around talking. She asked why they weren't answer the lights and they ignored her.On my flight back from my destination, Royal Air Maroc lost half the passenger's luggage. The reasoning was "they filled the flight with luggage that was previously loss from days before, oo there was no space for ours" Yup I know, unheard of!Review from josh l

This is literally the worst airline experience i've had in my 51 years of life. They do not take customer's needs seriously. We were flying from ******* to ********** and they left our bags in ******* because the baggage compartment was too full. They failed to get us our bags today. We are leaving tomorrow morning for another city but will now have to cancel that trip because we won't have our luggage. The customer service just tells me to keep calling back for an update because their system doesn't show the location of the bags. I have air tags and can see where they are even though the airline cannot. No one is taking this seriously. This is going to cost me a lot of money because we had to buy extra clothes and toiletries and need to make expensive travel changes. If I treated my clients like this I would be unemployed but for some reason its ok for the airline to do this to it's passengers. This is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Follow-up...our bags finally made it Casablanca 2.5 days later. We received 2 out of 3 bags. The third bag was at the airport but was not put on the baggage conveyer belt. I showed the Air Maroc people the Apple Airtag satellite image confirming my bag was there but they would not help. They told me to be patient and it would be put on the conveyer belt. I was "patient" for 6hrs. We ended up missing all the trains to ********* and had to take a cab at 11:30pm not arriving to our hotel in ********* until 1:30am. Royal Air Maroc refuses to acknowledge our situation and the $1,000 we had to spend on clothes, toiletries, cab rides and cancelled train tickets. This is literally the worst airline. ABSURD. NEVER FLY WITH THESE CLOWNS! At MIAMI INT. AIRPORT: NO PERSONEL, NO COUNTER, NO BAGGAGE CLAIM OFFICE, BAGGAGE MISHANDLING. At Customer Service: RUDE BEHAVIOR, PRESUMPTION OF LANGUAGE BARRIER: WHERE THERE IS NOT. “You want a supervisor? Do you speak Arabic or French? Because he is not going to lose his time…” NO ENGLISH OR SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE SPEAKING SUPERVISOR. Spoke to a rude representative, call ended at 12:51am Miami Time. We were supposed to travel last winter (2021) but ******* closed all borders and canceled all flights, hence our flight was canceled by the airlines. The airlines never issued us any vouchers nor refunded our money. We have been calling them for almost a year and they keep LYING that we should check our bank in 3 days, 5 days, 7 days and so on, and we will find our refund. They have been dragging this for almost a year and never returned our money. At least they should give us a voucher so we can plan a trip in the future. The flights were canceled by the airlines, not by us, so the airlines should have done the ethical thing by returning money to the customers or at least offering vouchers to them. Just outrageous and pathetic for them to keep lying to us that we need to check back again and again with the claims department yet nothing comes of it!
