      I placed an order for G5 DeadMeat V2 broadheads and they sent me the wrong items. They wont answer phone or return messages. I tried emailing but no response. Would like a full refund.Thank you.

      I purchased an expensive trail camera that does not work as described. I have attempted to get a return authorization but ******* at Eders said that I need to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they refunded the cost of the cellular data plan. I need to get a refund for a defective camera from Eders. They do not answer phone calls and they are very slow in responding to my emails. They are not standing by their refund policy. I have a defective camera that does not operate as intended and I need a refund.

      I ordered a Wicked Ridge Raider 400 crossbow from Eders.com. The ad on Eders website says that the crossbow includes a range master pro variable speed scope. I received the crossbow in a reasonable amount of time but the scope that I received is a cheaper multi line scope and definitely not what the ad states. I shopped around at several other sites for this bow and Eders was the best price for the bow with the range master pro scope but the same price as other companies with the multi line scope. When I emailed Eders to let them know about the mistake they asked for a picture of what I received and a picture of the upc which I sent them right away. ******* from Eders replied back saying it had to be an in line change and if I wanted I could send it back but will not send me the scope that I should have gotten per the ad on Eders.com. ******* said that they would waive the restocking fee but I would have to pay for return shipping. If I pay for return shipping I would have been better off to have purchased the crossbow from a different company to start with. I could have ordered from a different company and paid an upgrade charge to have gotten the rangemaster pro scope to begin with, whereas now if I pay return shipping and then order from the other company it will cost me more money. I feel as this is blatant false advertising and Eders.com should have to supply me with the scope that the ad on there website says is included.

      I made an order on October 18, 2021 for a Rhino Blind 180 from ******************** - Order *****. The blind never arrived - after many attempts to find out when they would be in stock because it was a Christmas present.... On Dec 23 I emailed to cancel the order and get a refund. I STILL have not received the $215.61 refund. I have been in contact with someone named "*******" at the site who has been less than helpful. She has completely stopped responding to my emails. I paid via PayPal and my account has not been credited... I have sent numerous documentation of this. I have not been sent proof of refund even though I have asked ******* for it at least 5 times. I have everything documented in email. I just want my money back for the item I never received. I also don't want anyone else experiencing this type of blatant customer neglect.

      On Dec 28 2021 I made an online order to eders.com . I received an email confirming it was processed. My card was charged. Just to receive an email the next day that it had been canceled.They then reimbursed my card. Shortly after the charge reoccurred. I tried calling them in which the number has an In box that is full. The next day I received another email stating the order had been completed and received a tracking number. I emailed them to see what the status really was. They stated that the item was out of stock. When returning to their site it says there are 34 items available now at a higher price. So its my belief they just did not want to honor their online price. They are very deceptive and dishonest.
