            In 2021, I ordered a piece of art that was on Artspace's online catalog. A few days later, they told me, essentially, "we don't have it". On 16/Aug/21, I sent a California Consumer Privacy Act request to Artspace, asking that they delete all my information. On 24/Aug/21, I received email from them, essentially saying "done".On 10/Jun/22, I received an email advertisement from Artspace. I wrote to them that day, reminding them that they were supposed to comply with CCPA, and had said they'd done so. They essentially said "sorry, but we've fixed it now".On 19/Sep/22, I received ANOTHER email ad from Artspace. I wrote to them that day, again reminding them. I've already heard back from them, and again hear "sorry; fixed". I also wrote to the ********** ************************** describing the non-commpliance.I'm filing this complaint, hoping that BBB can get Artspace to live up to expectations and the law.

            I bought a piece of 'art' from this company for close to $1,000. It took weeks to arrive, and when it did, it came creased. Followed up, and they told me they would send me a replacement. When I didn't hear anything for weeks, I followed up, at which point they told me i had to return the original. I did that, and waited months for the replacement. When that arrived, it wasn't just creased, it looked like it had been crumpled into a ball before being packaged.I then asked for ANOTHER print to be sent. 2+ months later, nothing. I reached out to the artist directly, to tell them how their work was being treated. They responded immediately, apologizing on behalf of a company they have no partnership with, and informed me that the piece I was referring to retails via them for about $45.Insane markup, insanely bad customer service. Almost criminal.
