Id originally enrolled my son into their *********** summer school program. On May 10, 2022 *************************; their outreach specialist informed me that the program would be cancelled due to low enrollment. I was asked if I wanted to enroll him in another program to which I declined and requested my ****** deposit back. On May 12 ************************* said that my deposit would be returned within 30 days. 47 days later I contacted ************************* inquiring about my returned deposit and she informed me that she spoke with the ******************* and that my payment would be returned the week of June 28, 2022. I waited to see if the payment would be returned and as of today of me writing this dispute the money hasnt been returned. Ive contacted ************************* 3 times since June 28th and my emails have not been responded to. The only resolution I am seeking is to have the ****** deposit returned to me. My intentions were to have my son be apart of a program that would nurture his interest. Not to beg for my money back when this company decided to cancel the program. The lack of response is beyond unprofessional. I will never patron this company again.Customer response

This email is in response to ID #********.
The customer was informed on May 10, 2022 that their program had been canceled. Our office sent an email to the customer on May 13, 2022 requesting their refund information in order to process the refund. The information was not submitted. We followed up with the customer on August 24, 2022 informing her that we have not received the required information in order to process their refund. Since we have still not received the required information from the customer, a refund check has been issued and mailed to the customer's address we have on file on August 30, 2022. The customer has been informed the check was mailed to the address on file.
