      For 30 years, I sign up for a year subscription in the winter. This week, they canceled my 2024 subscription. I sent them a note two weeks ago stating that I may need to cancel, and can I get a complete refund. This was due to my current device not being supported. I have since got a new device. they canceled without consulting me. they sent me a small refund worth only $30, with 40% of the season left. At the same time, I have received a new device. I spoke to a rep, and they said they understood, and that *** misunderstood. However, they set in motion the cancellation. Seeing they jumped the gun, I asked to reinstate my subscription, and the rep stated I had to sign back up for $80! This is unfair! I never asked for a cancellation, I only asked if I could cancel. They even called me for clarification, but still kept the cancellation and asked me to sign up for another $80 even though I paid for the whole season in February.

      I was a fan of the game for 41 years of My life. As a Cubs fan!!! I will love them always but I'll never support the *** or spend a dollar on them again. Tell me why they can make money off licensed *** **** Jerseys and collectibles or pay him to appear on *** shows or broadcast but don't have him in the hall of fame yet. He is old let the man see his glory give him the flowers he deserves. I won't put have or do anything that has a positive light on *** ever again for doing ************ as so.

      They sell a subscription under false advertising. The service does not work well with Satellite ********, but they fail to tell you that until they have received your payment for the service. The games I want to watch are blacked out and they say they can't fix it because it is an ******** service provider issue. They won't even consider refunding your money when they no they sold you a service under false advertising!

      I am an *******************, was threatened and intimidated at the **************** by another patron in my aisle. I reported to the ***** and he would not intervene, and he made me sit on the concourse in a folding chair, behind a row of other folding chairs of people. To see the field I had to stand, my wife wasnt even given a chair. The ***** told us not to go back to our seats, he did not try and help us get our seats back, he wouldnt get security to help us get back to our seats. We saw 3 innings of baseball.

      *** streaming service blacks out games in areas in which they shouldnt. They are aware of the problem and refuse to fix it.

      The game is run by a bunch of filthy f****** racists.With disgusting racists umpiring the games, with racists announcing the play by play. The league is an absolute and total joke, with the greatest manager of all time being denied entrance. These *******, filthy,racist ink-stained wretches is the probem. These guys should should be lined up and shot for the disgusting racist pigs, they are! Cito is the nicest man in baseball, a lovely man that only a RACIST, would not like!Ask any former player of his, and its the same answer, this guy is first class!He is one of the most underrated player of all time!!!!!********************* **********************, ON M4P 1V1 ******

      Signed up for free trial of MLB.TV. They made it extremely difficult to cancel and before I could get thru the process the trial ended and I was charged. It has been over 5 days now and I still do not even have a response from their customer service department. Scammed me out my money.

      I ordered a baseball cap marked as "clearance", which I naturally assumed meant it was being discontinued. Immediately after clicking submit I realized I ordered the wrong size and reached out to find there is no customer service--none. There is no number to call, no response from X, and it took about a week for a response on Messenger. I wanted to correct the size to avoid unnecessary returns. When I received the errored order I stared a return to learn that I can only have a refund if I pay $9.99. I can get a gift card for the full amount for free, so that's what I chose. I looked at the cap in the correct size to put into my cart for purchase once my refund was processed to find the "clearance" cap is now at full price (about $15 more). How is this company allowed to continue operating? I will likely throw the gift card in the trash, and I will never order anything from this scam shack again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

      The product is horrible. I was also informed I would be refunded with my original form of payment. They sent me a gift card. I called I cant get a supervisor. They tell me they cant even put me on hold for a supervisor. This website is c*** The product is c*** They waste no time to take your money, but wont refund it. What am I gonna do a gift card? I would never even buy anything from them again.

      MLBShop.com is awful. I ordered a hat and assumed they would ship it the next day..... I just received an email that my item will be shipped 13 days from the date of purchase, that is completely unacceptable! They send a lame email apologizing for the delay, and also if I want to cancel the order I can do it... I'm afraid to do that since I read all the reviews on how people got screwed on the refunds and stuff. This is the first and last time I make a purchase at ***********
