I tried to cancel and they took the money anyways Ive tried now a few time to cancel. I have to take it up with my credit card company at this time. Not ONLY that but the information they provided was completed bull c*** It was fake made up. I contacted the dealer and they said this was a scam site. Then I got the title and found the information completely wrong on the website nothing was true at all. Please dont fall for this scam!Review from Pam T

I put in my vehicle vin number and the site said it found the information and corresponding car and that my report would be ready. Then when it was done in order to get the report, I had to sign up for a free trial period and paid $5. Then I got a message after I created a password and paid, the report is unavailable! I contacted them via chat and kept getting the runaround and eventually the agent finally just wouldnt respond to me at all. I asked three times why it said the report was available but then after I paid, it said it wasnt? Thats when they quit responding. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the free trial subscription & and had PayPal reverse the charge. Then Agent told me because I canceled the subscription that my account was inactive and I had to reactivate my account to get any reports.but I couldnt even get the one I asked for when it was active!Now Im hoping I dont see them trying to keep taking $$ via PayPal I will be on the lookout!Review from Sean G

Fraud, I have tried to cancel many times, and they still take money out of my account. Today it said the service department was open until 11:30 est and when I called at 9:30 est, they said it was out of ordinary business hours.Review from Valerie K

Such a Scam!!! To bad you have to leave a star review, but in reality I would never leave any stars!! You sign up for five day access when you are really signing up to a monthly commitment!! It is not stated clearly and they are just scamming to get your payment information to monthly charge you. Beware!! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!! SCAMReview from Munray C

This is a question about internet uses regarding bumper Incorporated LLC will you push the button and you delete it they still collect so it shows a patch of the company is ***** dating personal product under there PayPal program and banking services of the continental ************* how many people today have been robbed regarding the situation I've only pushing a button on a computer to browse to see if the system will be compatible with you and it probably wasn't but yet they still look what I eat you for 50 to $75 per month for the services that you've never used or received it says the company is very very illiterate when it comes to currency in ************************ therefore it shows the ******** you're a laugh and a strong laugh because you do use markets and pump the banking and resources and commit fraud to ** public of ****************************Review from james n

This is not an exactly a scam, but they make it seem like you are paying $1 to get a vin report, but the small print says you are signing up for a reaffirming subscription for like$20. It is very difficult to find the link to cancel your trial and their chat queue ***************** wait adding to the difficulty. To be fair they do refun your money when you get a hold of them, but it seems like that their whole business model is to collect subscription revenue that people forget or are unaware they signed up for, rather then to provide a fairly priced service that is useful. I understand capitalism and that they are a company trying to make money, but successful companies do that my providing s useful and fairly priced service, not by taking advantage of human nature and duping people into reaffirming subscriptions they neither need or want and making it difficult. Again they did refund my money, when I asked, but I am sure 99% of their revenue comes from customers who dont even know they are paying a reaffirming subscription and use the service once and never again. Not purely a scam, but not a company I would ever use agsin.Review from Michael E

This company fails to do what they advertised, which is: to provide an accurate *** report for $1. The *** report I got had errors, so it was unusuable. Furthermore, in order to get the $1 report you have to give your credit card/paypal account number; once they have it they start charging you $19.99 per ? (I am not sure exactly what the subscription terms were). It appears that they have responded to my complaint and refunded my first charge of $19.99.
