          Refund and Exchange Policy
          • Customers have the option to cancel their shipping order at any time, free of charge and without cancellation fees, provided the order has not been assigned (dispatched) to a carrier. A full refund will be issued promptly.

            Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours upon receipt of the cancellation request, which must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Please note that cancellations made via phone call will not be accepted or honored.

            Once a carrier has been assigned to a shipping order, Broadway Auto will notify the customer via email (the email provided at booking).

            If a customer decides to cancel the shipping order after a carrier has been assigned, a $199.00 fee will be assessed, as our services have been rendered at that stage. The remaining balance will be refunded in full.
