  This company has filed fraudulent documents on my property purporting to be the ***** 2005-19 trustee. I reported this in March 2023 and again in April 4, 2023 to **** and no one has gotten back to me in over 70 days. The SEC confirms there is no such trust name and **** and the operator at the **** continue to yell at me for follow info up and hang up the phone on me. I am an elderly woman who is disabled and I nor anyone else should have to deal with such abuse from a company. They refuse to let me speak to a manager as well. I hope someone sees this and can please help me find out why a company can get away with this in *******. I am incurring damages daily as until this is resolved and yes I have put my request in writing as well with absolutely no response.

  The company intentionally provided misleading information in order to keep control of my funds. I spoke with a representative several times over the past three months to review my options. Although I was told that they were required to give an unbiased recommendation, they highly recommended transferring to one of their accounts (even though my current bank's rates were better). I was continually misled. I then submitted a LOA from my outside bank for a transfer request. My retirement account fund transfer request was stalled and delayed for weeks. I finally had to call and speak to a representative to ensure the process was completed. When I checked my uploaded documents, the file had been deleted and was not visible. I mentioned that I could not see the file on my uploaded documents; but, I checked weekly to ensure it was submitted. I was not given any explanation as to why the delay occurred. I was informed that I could not transfer the full balance into two separate accounts (both *****) on the same day; and that I would have to call back in a few business days to transfer the remaining funds. If I did not ask questions, I would have been misled to keep my funding in the account for even longer. I then instructed the representative to transfer the full amount to one account (outside their company). I was then told that the wire transfer request could take up to five business days. I will be checking on the next business day to ensure my request was submitted and I will refrain from business with this organization.
