Ive been waiting for over a week to try to link my one account with my federal credit Union. One finance will not send an email to verify account. Basically will not let me take my money out of my account. Im ready to file a lawsuit.Review from Robert J

My account was compromised twice. In *** to and June. I was compensated in ten days for *** and denied in June. My account was locked, email and phone number changed. Password to email changed. I have been trying to pay this company out for over a week and due to them not offering any other way to make a payment there is no other option but to pay electronically. I have attempted to communicate with them via phone and email but they continue to try to over charge me by adding a few hundred dollars to the account after the first few days and now they have added an additional ******* to my bill in which my bank is not allowing to go through because if differs from the amount I communicated to my bank. It seems like these people are committing fraud and I have communicated this to them via email but no response. I called them to ask if they had a mailing address so I could mail the payment but if course I was told no and that I could only do it electronically which is strangely increasing by the day.Review from jamesebillings

********* with the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. They refused to close my account for more than 7 months despite zero balance, zero transactions, zero debt. During each of the roughly 9 attempts I made to close my account prior to contacting BBB to lodge a formal complaint, I was told it takes 3 months to process and despite that, and my patience, nothing was ever done and I was ignored repeatedly. Under no circumstances should anyone ever give these people money. They should be shuttered. All customer service out of *****/SE Asia and it is impossible to get any actual assistance. They repeat boilerplate nonsense ad nauseum and ignore valid requests for action.Review from Cheryl H

I would not recommend this card at all especially for direct deposit. Your money will vanish and you will be asked to verify your identity by giving a code that you never receive. Something is definitely not right with this company and customer service is a joke. They will just take you in circles. If you link another account to your ********************** account and transfer ************************. The funds will disappear from your one account but will never make it to the account you transferred it to. One customer service will say wait 1 to 3 business days and after 3 business days theyll say give it 7 to 10 business days and it keeps going on and on. I recommend taking screenshots of any deposits or transfer transactions for your records when using One.Review from Brieanna P

This card company is horrible! I did an initial load of $500. I used the card twice with no problem. Last night I was at dinner and attempted to use the card and it was declined! I then received an email saying that my account was under review for fraudulent activity and my funds would not be available for up to 2 business days and that my account was under review. When I called they were absolutely NO help! I have no access to my money and cant pay bills or eat! All they told me was to keep checking my email! I want my money!Review from Billy R

Will hold your funds for over 1-3 business days after transfer to external bank. I never had a problem before but now it's a problem. They are no help they ignore you an keep saying sorry for inconvenience. Best to stay away from Company if you don't want your hard earned money held for absolutely no reason. They don't help you fix situation at all. All they care about is money an their selfs not the customer that uses app.Review from Shannon G

I work for ******** I only use my debit card for a few designated places. It's always locked. I forgot to lock it the eve of Mother's Day. I woke up to find that my card had been hacked for over $200. The charge posted on Monday. I filed the dispute ASAP. They came back saying no error took place. I was stolen from all because I forgot to lock my card one time. I called to seek assistance with no help. They even refunded a small portion of what was taken but refused to refund all the charges. I asked them to review my spending patterns. They did not. They told me to file a police report. So, that's my next step. I feel that they have poor customer service and poor business ethics.Review from Mississe L

I have been scam and money withdrew from my account. I called the bank next day but they could not stop the transaction. The scammer that control also my email send email to the bank that I withdrew the dispute which I never did. I call them to reopen. They Drag their feet and finally denied the dispute.Why are even operating?Review from Richard M

I received a One Debit card in the mail that I never applied for. They were asking me for my SS# and other personal info, which I did not give. When I asked for the fraud department, they said there isn't one. I offered to give the card # , but they said they couldn't look up my account with the card #.SCAM??
