              Order #**** 9/13/2023 Sea & Stone Bath Dear BBB,I purchased a cabinet from Sea & Stone Bath on 9/13/23. Unfortunately, it was December before my contractor could unbox it. It was not at all as represented by the company. **************************** agreed and went to the manufacturer, but when the manufacturer refused to help, **************************** did not honor their commitment for good customer service. I have additional photos I would like to send. Thank you for reaching out to see if you can help resolve this for me.               Was hesitant to purchase a vanity and top on line from anywhere.. but looking at my options at ********** and Lowes what they have on display in my opinion was cheap quality Looked at **************************** with their description of materials used etc and went for it. ******* had issue with their website, but i received in about 9 days. When they rolled off truck packaging was AMAZING solid, used 1/4 in plywood, heavy cardboard, reinforced corners and strapped Tight. When I unpacked was so happy what I had, 1 piece Marble top with sinks In perfect condition and a solid plywood made double vanity no defects, scratches, packed separately on same pallet,,, Even truck driver made a comment he delivers a lot of cabinets from Big Box suppliers and none packed like thatNow I did go with a more expensive combo from their site, like $2800 total, so is that why it was so nice? IDK, would I buy there again, in a heart beat, and you get emails back and forth on updates etc. Zero complaints here I live in ** was shipped from ** I think..
