Order #**** 9/13/2023 Sea & Stone Bath Dear BBB,I purchased a cabinet from Sea & Stone Bath on 9/13/23. Unfortunately, it was December before my contractor could unbox it. It was not at all as represented by the company. **************************** agreed and went to the manufacturer, but when the manufacturer refused to help, **************************** did not honor their commitment for good customer service. I have additional photos I would like to send. Thank you for reaching out to see if you can help resolve this for me. Order a double vanity and was delivered with significant damage. The marble top was cracked in half, a drawer was broken and unusable. Requested a new unit and they said they were sending a new top, drawer and hardware. I notified them that if they werent replacing the vanity then I expected a significant reduction in the price I paid since this was now a ************** and I would have to dispose of the damaged top. Their initial response was they wouldnt offer any credit and later said they would offer $100 off. At that point I let them know there were 2 other drawers that had been damaged and scratches where the paint had been removed. They refuse to refund the cost and saying their window to file a claim has passed. I expect either a brand new undamaged vanity or complete refund.Business response

Good afternoon,
Any time a item is received with damage, we always offer a solution to our customers. In this case, the customer was sent a replacement countertop and components at no additional cost. Attached is the signed BOL showing that the customer received the replacement parts.
