I purchased a Sigmas Tec STX20HL battery on Dec 18, 2022, order #******. I received battery on Dec 22, 2022. Before installing the battery I tested it with a dealer quality, digital tester (see pic). The test result pictured was that enough voltage was present in battery so a "Good" battery was indicated but the battery did not test out according to specifications as promised by **************. The Cold Cranking Amps was specified to be 310cca according to manufacture. However, the actual cca was only 285cca. In addition the health of the battery tested only 84% which when taking into consideration with the low cca, indicated a problem with the battery. I contacted ************** on Dec 23 2022 and was asked to forward my test results, which i did. After several calls to try to get a refund, I was told as long as my test indicated enough voltage, they say no issue. The problem with this is that a battery's voltage is not the only thing that's important. Cold Cranking Amps are critical in determining how well a battery will "turn over" an engine in very cold weather. CCA is how batteries are rated, tested and marketed and is specified by engine manufactures. My engine, is 1049cc 4 stroke, snowmobile which requires 310cca. This is why I purchased a battery which was specified to be 310cca by **************. It is not.In addition to the the low CCA, you will see in the picture, a test result entitled "Health" which is only 84%. This should be 100% for a new battery. But clearly it is not. The 84% health test is most likely a problem with one or more of the cells in the battery not being able to provide the specified CCA. as specified.I have tried to reason with ************** about these facts but they remain adamant in their unwillingness to help **** want full refund from ************** in amount of original purchase price *****. In addition I want a postage paid, return ticket. I"m pleased to return the battery in the same condition it was received by me.

I ordered a battery on 10-04-2022 for around $38.00 and its been 5 days since ordering and I have not received a confirmation email of purchase, I cannot locate my package to track on their website, the company does not answer phone calls and will not not allow me to send an email via error on their website. After reading many reviews which I should have done before buying, I realize I have most likely been scammed and all I would like is a refund of my money.

I ordered two batteries from them on 11/24/2021. ON Novermber 25, 2021, I received an email that the items had shipped. The email had a tracking number, and the several times I have checked, the expected delivery date has slid out further and further. The last activity on ******** shows the expected delivery as 12/6, but I have not received it. I called today (12/8) and the 800 number just picked up and started to play music. I held for several minutes, and hung up. After calling back several times, someone finally picked up, and refused to refund my money. All I want is the money refunded, and I will order from another company.
