    Hi ******* - I apologize for the inconvenience. Theres no scam here. We dont offer customer support over the phone but I see that youve been in communication with my team via email. We are very transparent with the pre-authorization process before and during checkout. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card and it falls off within 4 days of placing the order. The way Try Before You Buy was designed is if you keep your product you will be charged. However, as long as you return it within 14 days using our free return label, youll never be charged. They canceled your trial on 3/20 and refunded you for the shipping cost. Any hold should have fallen off by now. Please let me know if theres anything else I can do to assist.

    I filed a previous complaint agianst this company and the company responded with an offer of a ***** credit- NOW the company has charged my banking account an additional ****** and I am now suffering an additional ***** over draft credit due to the company not cancling the order as promised from the first complaint.CONSUMERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT ORGANIZED OR PROFESSIONAL- YOU CAN NOT CALL TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE- COMMUNICATION IS ONLY DONE VIA EMAIL- THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO **** YOU AWAY BEWARE

    On March 8 my credit card was charged yet again for another bottle of foundation from IL Makiage. I have canceled the subscription and talk to them twice and they continue to charge me and send product. There is no phone number in which you can contact them. They suggest that you snail mail them or email them, but there is no button in which to send your email. I will once again, refuse delivery and contact my credit card and get them to remove the charge. Its ridiculous that anyone has to go through this to stop people from sending your product. You didnt order!

    I purchased a try free for seven days for a charge of ***** CAD. There is a pening charge of $119 plus the $12 on my account!!!! There is no clear indication that this will happen until you place an order! Also, somehow while I deliberately DID NOT check any kind of membership, apparently the trial product will be shipped and charged to me on a regular basis. This is clear fraud and I am disgusted. How this company does business in no way protects consumers! Shut them down. If the 119 goes through I wo t be able to pay my March rent!!!!

    I ordered and received my order no problem. A few weeks later they charged my credit card over $200 without permission. I only placed the one order and when I logged into my account it showed that they do not have my credit card on file and it also only shows my one legitimate order. No additional orders show to explain the unauthorized charge. Today I checked and they have populated my credit card information in my account and they have blocked me from deleting the card. I previously was able to delete the card. Not only have they kept my credit card information in file without authorization, they have charged me for no reason. I have reached out multiple times through the website, by email and on Instagram and they are not responding.

    I opted for a try before you buy which I was charged for just shipping/handling. Immediately after the purchase for s/h I received an email stating a temporary hold was placed on my debit card aside from the trial purchase. I was advised in this email that the hold would fall off within 1-4 days. However, theres no responses to my emails that state someone should contact me within 24 hours and the customer service number listed is a machine that directs you to the company website for email help?! Unfortunately Im just now researching this company and this seems to be an ongoing complaint. Im not sure how theyve been able to get away with this for so long but they certainly have. As soon as I receive this try before you buy I plan on returning the product (makeup) which Ive already prepared the shipping label. I thought we volunteered for the trial which just required me to pay the shipping and handling. But to charge me for the trial and then to charge me for the actual product is extremely unfair. And I was advised that I would have 14 days from the date. I received the delivery to decide if I want to keep the product. That statement is untrue because my account on the company website stated my debit card was to be charged in just 10 days. Im just asking that this temporary hold be removed from my bank account because I did not agree to purchase this product and its been over the allotted 1-4 days of it falling off . Thank you for your time

    When I was reconciling my checking account this month I saw a charge of did not know about:IM PRO MAKEUP NY L. ******** 2/6/2023 -$81.32 $1,292.65 Effective Date 2/6/2023 Posted On 1:30:38 AM Serial #***************** I went online trying to find out what it was I saw where I could cancel my subscription (I did not know I had). I started filling out the form and reached a point that said it was a third party that assisted with the cancellation paperwork. I am a widow, living in Georgia and I can assure you I did not order this product. This is a ********* seems to be impossible to unsubscribe! I am pretty savvy on the internet for my age & it I can get sucked into something like this I wounded about others who dont have many computer skills. ALSO it is OVER $80 which is terrible

    My money has been returned to my checking account.  I still feel I was scammed as I did not order over $81.00 worth of make-up.  They also said I was not in a subscription so I would not be billed monthly.

    I canceled my subscription on 10/08/2022 and removed my credit card from their site and I was charged again on 02/7/2023. When I tried to call the number to talk to them it says it is a non working number. This happened to me before on 10/07/2022 that's why i canceled my subscription to begin with.

    The 14 day free trail for this company is a scam. When you go to check out, you see you are only paying shipping. They then charge your card the full amount. I immediately called when I saw the charge hit and was told my order was "already being ready to ship out" and they could not cancel it.There are hundreds of complaints on here saying the same thing. I just want a refund.*****

    Fraudulent charges to my credit card. They enrolled me in an auto-shipment program I never agreed to. They claim you can cancel at any time, however they have sent me emails refusing to do so. I have called credit card company to investigate and **** as fraudulent.
