I have been unable to get into contact with anyone at zoomo regarding maintenance of the bike I purchased. The app they use to book an appointment does not work and They only book appts over the app. I have not been able to find a working phone number to try calling them and they don't respond on social media or via email. Because I can't use the app, I am just stuck paying for a service I can't use.Business response

Hello:
********, ***************************, has reached out on a number of occasions, both through the App and through direct messages. Each message was timely responded to. We also assisted the Customer with his attempts to access his account through the App. Screen shots of such correspondences are attached.
This Customer was interested in getting his bike serviced outside business hours. Unfortunately, we are only able to provide service to bikes through an appointment during our normal business hours, and generally cannot provide service appointments to walk-ins. We attempted to work with the Customer to service the bike at a mutually agreeable time.
We were available and responsive to address the Customer's complaint, and would welcome opportunities to alleviate his concerns. We are also available to all customers through the App, in-person at our store, through our website, or via e-mail at ************************************.

I Rented A Bikes At Zoomo Address **************** I Returned The Bike Within 24 Hours. I Was Told I Would Receive A Refunds. Subtracting $30. Now Weeks After My Account Is Being Billed For Amount Of $40. Thank You.Business response

so i rented a bike from this place called zoomo i had it for 5months and i just recently returned the bike back i put a deposit down for it with an amount of 150 i returned the bike in fine condition with all the accesories and i forgot one item which was the charger which was 50 dollars if i didnt return it so i did the following week and i got the 50 back but not the 100 that is owed from that full amount of 150 the date the deposit was taken out was on june 13th 2022. i returned the bike on 10/3.Customer response

I rented an * Bike from the business mentioned above for food deliveries. I was told the renting price includes a theft insurance on the * bike. The total price is over $60 per week. The * bike was stolen and I reported it promptly and filed a police report as directed by the business. I came in to the store and returned whatever was left of the bike as requested by the business. After returning and giving the police report to the guy at the store I was told the theft wasn't covered by the insurance and I would have to pay the full price for the bike which is $1,500 according to them and so far zoomo continues to charge weekly service fee even though the bike was reported by me as stolen. I'm new to delivering food on bike and new to the e bike renting but this sounds like scam, especialy the insurance on the bike part and paying for the bike in full after filling a police report and following zoomo procedures for stolen bikes.
