I made a purchase (order **********) in September 2022 in the amount of $925.44 USD. I still have not received the merchandise and the company refuses to help me. The call center representatives are unprofessional and unpleasant. The last woman I spoke with sounded as if she just rolled out of bed and took the call. She didnt provide a name at all. I did speak with ***** who was helpful but I still do not have a resolution which I was told Id get after *****. We are now nearly 3 weeks in with no resolution. I am disgusted by this companys unethical business practices. Since I have not been able to recover my merchandise or funds, *** requested to speak with a supervisor in an attempt to get this matter resolved. The representatives all refuse to escalate. I cannot believe the level of service this company provides. Im not sure if this is a legitimate company at this point.Customer response

On June 26th, my wife ordered a bag for her birthday. On the 28th, we received a confirmation email about the order which did alert us that another email would be sent with the shipping confirmation number. No email was sent. My wife continued to look for the bag to be delivered due to the "expected delivery date" on the original email. After July 4th, we decided to call Marni to find out where the bag was in which they told us it was delivered. They recommended checking with neighbors, which we did and wait a couple more days, which we did. When we called back, we were told that a case would be opened with **** It took nearly two weeks to open the case and we finally received an email from *** on the 27th of July stating that the package was delivered. On Marni's website, it clearly states that all orders will require a signature, which is why my wife stayed at home the entire day that *** says the package was delivered. During my 3 phone conversations with Marni, there was no desire from any of the 3 operators to help us in any way. The attitude from them from the start was that we were bothering them and nothing could be done. When asked about the signature, one of the reps stated that our "order wasn't big enough to require a signature" in a very condescending way.Initial Complaint

Hi *****, I hope that you all are doing well! As you know, my name is *******************************. I have been in contact with you all for a few weeks now and I have not received any results from this matter. I have spoken with several representatives and the interactions have been rude, unpleasant and very disrespectful. As I have shared on multiple occasions, the shoes that were purchased were defective, when I found out that the shoes were messed up, I then contacted *****, ***** stated that the shoes had been received, were at the warehouse, had been assessed and they were going to ship me out a new pair. After being told all of that, they asked for my address, the shoe size (as verification) and color, for the reshipment. As of now, nothing has come to my house. Additionally, mentioned in prior paragraphs they business has blocked my phone number and are not responding to any correspondence from me. Hopefully we can sort this out, because I am beyond tired of the repugnant treatment.The last interaction that I had was with Talea, she stated she was a manager and she would call/email me back, it has been greater than a week, no one has contacted me. After that time lapsed, I tried calling you all back, but noticed that my phone number had been blocked or added to some sort of list where my calls do not come through. Currently, I am on the phone with a representative named ********* who alleges that she is speaking with her manager via "chat", but when I asked if I could speak with her, she stated "she is not here", which was confusing to me, because how are you all talking via chat and she is not at work? Sounds like a labor board issue to me. At any rate, I am prepared to speak with the BBB and attorney general about this matter, because the people at ***** customer service are repugnant. In sum, I am going to call the BBB today, to initiate this complaint and I will move forward as I deem necessary with litigation or arbitration. In **** ********************* ****Customer response

I spoke to someone name ****, she was suppose to contact her manager, but I have not heard back from them yet. I will list the information below, so that the complaint can be directed to the correct person or store. Also, this issue is more that ridiculous and I am very dissatisfied with how I am being treated as a consumer.***** ******* ******************* ********* ******** ***** ****** ************

Date of Transaction:I literally cannot begin to explain how the lack of customer service has dampened the taste of Marni so much that I having been warning others of how bad my experience has been and not to buy anything Marni related. I bought my first Marni purse from ***************** a week ago and was told it can fit an iPhone 13 pro and everything else in my current bag. Well long story short it cant and everything falls out of the bag. I went to return as your online website says you clearly have ************************************************ that the online store is completely seperate and I cannot return anything at the store. I asked why this wasnt explained to me when I purchased the item since I was so on the fence and I was told that it is because I didnt ask. I must have looked disappointed because the store associates tried to awkwardly hug me???? And tell me how sorry she was but she cant do anything. Heres the issue: I never want to deal with anyone from your brand again whatsoever and Im hoping you can refund me fully for my purchase so that I never have to wear any Marni products and deal with your customer service team. I was told there are no managers and this whole thing is a bit strange and feels like your company has a real customer service issue. Please amend immediately. I also has to witness an Italian woman screaming at another customer during my second visit- not sure what is going on at this store but its bad news.Date of Transaction: 01/22/22Customer response
