Company provided fradulent details in purchase of ****. They are simply generating PDFs for a rate of ***** per form-- a service that is typically provided WITH tax e-filing for more than half that amount.When contacting the company to request refund they stated that their website clearly states they do not provide filing services-- an answer and documentation which was never provided.This company needs to start including explicit langauge on all pages that they do not and cannot provide filing services. It is my opinion that this company has fraudulently created the illusion of services in order to scam small business out of money needed for tax season.Because of their fraudulent activities, I will likely receive penalties from the *** and I worry for small businesses who this could affect in a greater way.Formpros does not explicitly state that they are not a tax filing service and will create bottlenecks for the *** and unnecessary fees for struggling small business owners. Hi,
We do not offer Copy A, the red ink form submitted to the *** because it cannot be printed from a standard home printer. The form is printed on special paper with special ink that is designed to be read by the *** scannable machines. FormPros is a self-service document creation website, we do not e-file any tax forms through our website. The tax forms are used as statements for recipients/employees only. We don't say any place on the site that we file tax forms with the *** since we don't. But I appreciate your feedback and we will add to the queue to edit the language further on this page. We have a 30-day money back guarantee. I am unable to locate a record of your communication with our support staff. I have gone ahead and refunded your purchase.thank you,
