I took the live online class in the beginning of November 2023. I took the *** exam in the beginning of December 2023 and failed it my first time. TIA ****** is to take the second exam within the first 60 days after the live online class. I scheduled the exam and took the exam again and provided *** with my information that I scheduled the second exam. I contacted *** and was told by whoever answered the phone to contact *******************! I have left MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS TO HIS EMAIL ADDRESS AND NO RESPOND! I attempted to call TIA ****** number and **** number multiple times out the week since DECEMBER 2023. NO ANSWER what so ever! I call on my husband number and get an ANSWER IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS SO INSANE TO ME!! I finally talk to **** and he said a check has been sent out to me. This was 3 weeks ago and I have received NOTHING! I just called to check on the check and NO ANSWER calling from my number! Called from my husband number again and I FINALLY get another answer saying that **** is not the one to contact anymore about reimbursing the exam. They told me someone else is in charge of that and to call back tomorrow! I NEED ***********! If reimbursement is not something you all want to do, please do not put it in the description of the class! I also requested to take another online class and NOTHING! Its supposed to be free retakes for a year! THIS SITUATION IS A LITERAL NIGHTMARE! Shut this place down immediately playing with people money! I want my money back so I can move forward!I paid $275 for the exam! Provided proof! My name is **** ********! Look me up and send me the check please and thank you!Customer response

I paid for a course and they told me that the exam fees were included in the price. After I purchased it, they told me that the exams were a separate charge. I cancelled within the first hour and their policy says that if I cancel on the first day, I will receive a full refund. They will not return my emails or phone calls. I would like the full refund of $699.Business response

Sorry for any misunderstanding, but no where on our web site or our documented communication with this student stated exam fee's are included in the course. Non of our CompTIA classes includes the exam vouchers. A full refund was issued.
