The Chamber of Authors (and The Book Masters) is fired. I have changed my account to another publisher. I am demanding an immediate refund for $8,000.00 for work promised, paid for, and not provided. Of the $20,000.00 I paid you have published two books and provided the cover artwork at my direction. Critical Point, while published, is an embarrassment! The Table of Contents is wrong and the line-spacing and paragraphs are wrong and inconsistent throughout the book. I have paid dearly for a large stock of both paperbacks and hardcovers to sell, and they are all wrong! You Also provided some social media help. The original contract included:oEnhanced proofreading oDesign and develop book trailers oPursuing national media attention oWriting By-Lined articles for trade magazines oPitching articles to the press oVirtual Book Tour oCreating an image quote campaign ********** posts across social media oA launch team for book marketing to be marketing across 51 countries oBook reviews on Goodreads oBuilding an email list oInfluencer outreach oArrange radio interviews oAmazon ad boosting oInterviews on podcasts oProvide endorsements oExtensive online distribution oGlobal book distribution to major retailers None were provided. And I received emails from *** promising more activity to no avail. When I tried to discuss the status of Critical Point you failed to return many calls and failed to respond to my emails. When I tried the website, I found that the chat feature was not working. Its as though the company went dark.The lack of integrity by the Chamber of Authors and The Book Masters has cost me much money and much emotional distress. As I have researched scams against the elderly for my mystery series, I came to the realization that you have scammed me! I am requesting that you contact me, although I have little reason to believe that you will do so. My disappointment is extreme.Initial Complaint

My credit card was charged in the amount of $5,000 to Orbit Technologies, ** ************ on September 30, 2021. Another $5,000 on December 5, 2021. $3,000 more on December 12. $2,000 more December 15.$6,400 December 22.They promised to repay me if my royalties on the book they published and represented "would be a best seller" did not reach $5,000 per month in one year. This month, ******, my book royalties on the "best seller" were zero dollars.They continue to ignore my claims for refunding my monies paid, as they contracted with me that they would be.
