My friend and I scheduled candle making class for 3 for November 5 @2pm. We were turned away stating that children under 13 can't attend the class. Which is a lie on their website it states they service children 7+. We were forced to gift card and redeem it on a later date and time. We redeemed our gift card for new date 1/21/2023 @2pm. Unfortunately, my friend tested positive for COVID on 1/19/2023. We had to cancel and looking to rebooked for a new date and time. After days not being able to get in contact with someone. I finally was able to speak to someone who stated that because we are redeem our gift card for the second time, we will have to pay additional fee of $15 per person stating it's their policy. NO where on the website states the $15 up charge for rescheduling fee. Our gift card has been redeemed with no services rendered. we are out $163.32. We are requesting full refund.
